Someone remixed my evil Lamp story! Cramp in remix! Be still my heart.

Seriously, I was reading and it's from Lamp's POV and Lamp ties Chris up with his flex and there's mentions of bruises and at this point I was pretty much flailing like crazy. There was a Cramp sex scene. With kinky tying up. How can that be bettered?! It can not! Also, I have to admit, I welled up at the end.

Whoever remixed this. Thank you! You took an insane ficlet and made it fantastic. So go, read also includes wax, water, and evil (the bubbling inside mix) Then go read all the others, because remix gets a bad rep at time, but it's not just telling the same story in a different way. It's stories taking off from a central point, changing direction, stuff added, extended, twisted and changed. Which I think, is fantastic.

I've been getting really good comments about my own remix too. Which I didn't expect to be honest. So each one is a little email of joy. But man, why does a typo always end up in the stories you post for challenges? So annoying!

Finally, I saw that my Panic story Years Unfold was recced, which was great as it didn't seem to be that widely read.

Okay, I'm done buffing my own ego now *g*

RL awesome stuff. James is home. He's on the couch, tends to fall asleep at a moments notice, is on the good drugs, and stuff to counteract side effects of the good drugs. I imagine he'll be like that for a while because he's not wearing his leg so mobility is an issue. But, none of that matters because he's home, and he was just showing off by rotating his arm a little. Which is something he hasn't been able to do.

He didn't get a cast in the end, they had to put so much metal work in his arm they said it won't be moving anywhere, so he's just got it all bandaged up like a mummy with black and blue swollen fingers sticking out.

Also, I feel I need to end this post by informing you all I have a really deep bigger than dinner plate size bruise on my ass. Thankfully my ass is big enough to take it :)

They did! I was so thrilled. I mean, the ficlet itself was just a bit of fluff and fun, but they made it so much more.

I'm so chuffed about the feedback I'm getting for my remix. We've talked about the challenge before, how many people don't read it. Yet that seems to have changed this year. Why I'm not sure.

The lamp remix is awesome! It's the only remix I've read so far because I sort of betaed it. Will start reading the others tomorrow at work. :D

I'm hoping for a speedy recovery for James. It's probably a good thing the didn't get a cast though, because those things are seriously uncomfortable and impractical, on top of all the uncomfortableness and impracticality already going on.

Yeah, casts suck. But it looks like recovery is going nicely so far. I think you always feel better when you get out of hospital.

The handful of remix stories I've read so far have all been really enjoyable, though I have not yet reached the Cramp remix, which sounds awesome. I probably won't have a chance to read any more until next week, either!

I've read all of one remix so far, but there seems to be a nice buzz about them which is so cool. I'm not used to that. Remix tends to be the challenge that most people don't read.

I entertained Terri a little yesterday while in the hospital. as email was free if you had paid for the tv. Terri is in to slash writing and I had an idea of her characters turned into aardvarks and were licking each other with their sticky long tongues. So here I go Chris was sitting in the scrub land cleaning his shiny aardvark armour after being hunting and eating his lunch.

When Jc the aardvark came along strutting his stuff showing off his new pink sparkly shell. Causing Chris to stop what he was doing at an instant. While looking over at him wanting more.

Chris started to show JC his amazing twelve inch long sticky tongue and rattling his armour plates causing JC to join in too!

They started to get closer and closer together. Chris was close enough to Jc and accidentally caught JC with his sticky tongue.

He apologised to JC who said was ok and licked Chris's shell. Chris was surprised at this. So he touched him with his tongue again. Which Jc seemed to enjoy. They ended up with their sticky tongues ended up being entwined together with their shells and armour rubbing together probing each others bodies gently and lovingly ending up with them both feeling so amazing out in the open with the hot warming sun beaming down on them.

So glad to read that James is home and on the good stuff! I know from experience that those good drugs are so helpful! Now that my hubby is healed, I find myself wishing we still had some laying around just so I could take them and fade out for a bit! LOL

And if that bruise is from those damn chairs at the hospital, I can totally relate to that crap, too! Obviously when they furnish those places, the decorators must be thin-as-rails! I do hope it heals fast!

Man, it's totally from those chairs. They were designed with a bit sticking out of the handle, which jabbed painfully into my ass. Stupid designers.

It looks like the surgery went really well. He'll never have normal movement because his elbows are fused, but this little bit of rotation is cool.
