It's so cold today. I'm keeping warm by snuggling under my red fuzzy blanket and drinking coffee. I'm also prodding sperrywink for more details of Mikey and Frank's epic love. That warms me up, too. In fact, I think you all should tell me tales of Mikey and Frank's epic love, then I'd be all toasty :D

Is anyone planning on santa hatting icons this year? It's December very soon and I have needs, people! Also, does anyone know if you can pretty up the journals over at Insane journal if you only have a free account? Mine is so plain and boring. Btw, feel free to friend me over there if you like, it's the same user name as this one. Not that there'll be anything different over there, I'm just using it as a back up. But yeah, I need to Wayify my journal over there.

It's James' work do tonight. A very posh ball complete with meal, entertainment and a casino. Of course he's come down with a nasty head cold and an upset stomach. He's determined to go still and is on a cocktail of different drugs in order to do so. He won't be back until about 4am and just asked me if I was staying up to wait for him, and I don't think so.

The SiL sent a big bag of vegetables she doesn't like out of her vegetable box scheme. I see a big pan of vegetable soup in my future.

There's hardly anyone around today, I tell you, these people who actually have lives. I guess I'll just sit here and wait to be entertained by tales of Mikey and Frank's epic love.

Heh. Their love is epic! I've started having fun times imagining their love growing. Long talks through the night at sea. Talking about growing up and comparing how different their experiences were. I'm going to have to do some massive legwork to get Mikey into a place where he can admit how fabulous Frankie is. Luckily it should all be fun leg work.

I'm hoping the books I ordered will give me some ideas for that. Some of them say they describe daily life aboard ship, so I can insert some day-to-day happenings and how Mikey feels sharing them with someone.

As for Frank, well, he learned about Mikey from Gerard, so he was half-way in love before they met. All he heard about was this awesome and wonderful creature, and Mikey, looking dashing in his uniform, didn't disappoint upon meeting.

It's cold and dreary here to AND it just started to rain! I'm glad I don't have to go outside.

I know nothing about beautifying IJ layouts but since most of them are ported from LJ they SHOULD work the same as here. I haven't done anything to mine, I just change the colours of it every time I change my layout here on LJ because I use the same default icon both there and here

I hope James has fun at the party despite not being well!

I'm glad I'm not going out either. While James looked very spiffy I'm pleased I'm here with my blanket and coffee.

I may go and poke around IJ a bit. Not that it matters as such because I'm never actually over there.

I'm sure he'll have fun. If he comes home drunk I may lock him in the garden *g*

That sounds like a good way to spend time. I'm drinking hot juice and am in the middle of reading a 47 chaptered Mikey/Frank story which is just insane. I may still be up when James gets back at this rate.

I'm sure he'll be fine, he looked so good all done up :)
