I called James a failboat today, and he had no idea what I was talking about. It takes the fun out of insulting someone if they don't know what you mean.

Pansy was spayed earlier, we picked her up an hour ago and she was walking around like a little old lady and is now curled in the dog bed looking traumatised. It was so hard leaving her this morning, especially when she was looking out the carrier, so obviously not understanding why we were leaving her behind. Stupid pets, they grab onto your heart and won't let go.

And now, hot chocolate and some catch up I think.

Yeah, pets tend to do that. It's hard for them not to own you when they give such unconditional love.

I keep on using acronyms to the BFF and she doesn't get them at all and is like WTF? It's such a sad state of affairs. I feel your pain. *g*

lol I just love that you called him a failboat. Not only did he fail but he was failish enough to be a boat too.

Eh, things are up and down. When they're down I get mad that I'm depressed and when they're up I get scared they're on their way down again. But in general I think things are better.I had some retail therapy on ebay (and LJ with my rename token heh) and I'm trying not to wait for the next fall,and just deal with it as best I can. <3

Aww, poor Pansy! *pets her* I'm sure she'll be back to her usual self tomorrow though. Lancecat was a very SAD kitty afterwards, he even puked a couple of times, but the next day he was tearing around the house just as usual.

PS How is the daily-walk-with-Tex routine working out?

Yeah, I'm positive she'll be fine. She's much better now than she was when she first came home. Nowhere near her usual self, but she's walking around straight at least.
