Yes, Mikey all the time, with everyone. With Frank right at the top. That's the way it should always be.

You're just the person I wanted to see. So, imagine there's this person. Maybe called Bob the good trucker. And he's helping fix up two fail boat boys, one of whom may have a cracked rib, the other a badly sprained ankle. What over the counter pain killer would he have have at hand?

Hmm, over the counter pain meds:

Tylenol which is Acetaminophen
Excedrin which is Acetaminophen
Advil which is Ibuprofen
Motrin which is Ibuprofen
Aleve which is Naproxen

They all come in "Extra Strength" varieties, if you want to go that route, considering the cracked rib and badly sprained ankle. I'd probably go with the Advil as my drug of choice, but I like Advil. Advil, Motrin, and Aleve are anti-infammatories, so they would be good to reduce swelling as well. (Did a little web research for you there, how nice am I? *g*)

Bob is sharing his sandwiches and coffee with them right now, they have pain killers and blankets. Things are looking up for them, for now.

As an addendum to this...

He'd probably take 4 tabs of Ibuprofen (200mg each) unless someone had some 800 mg horse pills of it but those are prescription. Someone can readily get a prescription for it and have it on hand though.

Ace wrap around ribs would help a little as would ice and not breathing very deeply. heh. Smoking would SUCK.

RICE for the ankle (Rest, Ice, Compression/Ace bandage, Elevation.

Well, smoking isn't an issue because they've run away from home and have nothing at the moment. They've just been rescued by Bob the trucker, who won't have ice yet, but he has started the rest, compression and elevation.

Ryan's ribs aren't wrapped though, I'll go change that now.

A happy Saturday suits me just fine. James and me used to do the whole valentine's thing back in the day, but I get so annoyed that the price of everything rockets up. It's ridiculous.
