Thank you to
kennedy for the ecard, and to
withdiamonds and
brighton_girl for the v gifts. You're all awesome ♥
Happy Valentine's day to anyone that celebrates. As I'm a grumpy old woman I begrudge paying for something that's been bumped up in price just for this day, so we don't celebrate with things, but I do love the sentiment.
♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ for you all.
Have an icon meme I just stole from
rikes
1. How do you feel right now?

2. What's your favorite pastime?

3. Do you consider yourself a strange person?

4. What's your main fandom?

5. OTP?

6. How do you describe yourself?

7. How do others describe you?

8. Whats your favorite icon to use that's not default?

9. Do you have an icon of your future husband/wife?

10. Do you have an LOLWUT icon?

And that's a nice meme, I especially liked the 'OTP' answer. It's like 'what do you mean one true pairing, are you kidding me?!'

Date: 2009-02-14 11:08 am (UTC)I thought the OTP got my feelings across nicely.

Date: 2009-02-14 11:50 am (UTC)Yes, Mikey all the time, with everyone. With Frank right at the top. That's the way it should always be.
You're just the person I wanted to see. So, imagine there's this person. Maybe called Bob the good trucker. And he's helping fix up two fail boat boys, one of whom may have a cracked rib, the other a badly sprained ankle. What over the counter pain killer would he have have at hand?

Date: 2009-02-14 11:59 am (UTC)Tylenol which is Acetaminophen
Excedrin which is Acetaminophen
Advil which is Ibuprofen
Motrin which is Ibuprofen
Aleve which is Naproxen
They all come in "Extra Strength" varieties, if you want to go that route, considering the cracked rib and badly sprained ankle. I'd probably go with the Advil as my drug of choice, but I like Advil. Advil, Motrin, and Aleve are anti-infammatories, so they would be good to reduce swelling as well. (Did a little web research for you there, how nice am I? *g*)

Date: 2009-02-14 12:53 pm (UTC)Bob is sharing his sandwiches and coffee with them right now, they have pain killers and blankets. Things are looking up for them, for now.
*says nothing about Brendon*
And you're the nicest person ever!

Date: 2009-02-14 12:42 pm (UTC)He'd probably take 4 tabs of Ibuprofen (200mg each) unless someone had some 800 mg horse pills of it but those are prescription. Someone can readily get a prescription for it and have it on hand though.
Ace wrap around ribs would help a little as would ice and not breathing very deeply. heh. Smoking would SUCK.
RICE for the ankle (Rest, Ice, Compression/Ace bandage, Elevation.

Date: 2009-02-14 12:51 pm (UTC)Ryan's ribs aren't wrapped though, I'll go change that now.
Thank you! And for the drug advice.

Date: 2009-02-14 08:10 pm (UTC)You're right, I am very much a OTC person that a OTP one. There's more choice that way :D
