And while I remember, I ordered the My Chem movie style poster and it came last week. It looks great. As does this.



I watched the new Panic video this morning, and I like it, really like it in parts. Others, not so much. Still, it's nice to see new stuff from them.

Hawaii 5-0 has just started here and so far I've seen one episode with one more on the DVR to watch. I like so far. I've also started watching Boardwalk Empire and am really liking that too. ( I blame the new Atlantic channel on Sky for all the new TV I'm watching, it's showing a load of US series from the start ) That's why I'm also catching season one episodes of ER, Thirtysomething and X Files, though I'm not actually recording those. I am DVR-ing Blue Bloods though, and am finally giving Battlestar Galactica a go when it starts tonight. Also, many more I can't think of right now.

Writing wise I've been lazy for ages now, and haven't written a word apart from the failed porn battle prompt. I need to change that and fast.

This week is the start of insane birthday month. We got Corey's and nanna's cards yesterday and I'm just hoping that Corey's presents get here on time. He wants A Day To Remember merch which we've had to order online, so fingers crossed it gets here soon, or I'll feel horrible on Friday. Also, James finally got his start date for his new job and is really excited about that.

To end, I've been watching the videos of My Chem playing in Tokyo, and can't seem to look away from Mikey's shoulders, but bad Gerard taking away Mikey's line in Vampire Money

I never seem to stop being slightly startled whenever someone mentions Hawaii 5-0. Intellectually I know that people are talking about the remake but my instinct is still to think of the old series I watched back in the 70s and it's just WEIRD that people would be talking about that! I remember liking it a lot back then, but also that it was VERY cheesy.

After finishing the Killjoys story you definitely deserved a little vacation from writing so I don't think you need to apologise for being lazy yet. It might be time to start thinking about writing again though, particularly since you seem determined to not drop out of BBB this year.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed Corey's present will arrive before Friday. That's good news about James' new job. When is he starting?

The movie poster is lovely. James really likes it too, which is why we're getting it framed for the living room.

Ray is obviously getting frisky *g* Actually, randomly, I was reading comments of some insane fic and someone told a story of how apparently they went to a concert and watched Mikey drop to his knees and put his head close to Ray's crotch. I think they've been on the good drugs at the time.

I've never seen the original Hawaii 5-0 but the remake it ridiculously cheesy. Also, a lot of fun.

I still haven't written a word for BBB. Not that it's an issue just yet, but I really can't let that go on too long.

James starts work in a months time. He's so excited about it, though the hours are going to be long. He gets more days off but has to work 12 hour days with each shift.

Did you watch that new show, Outcasts, on BBC1 last night? I highly recommend catching it on iplayer if you didn't, I really enjoyed it.

Mikey/Ray is an excellent reading choice. Have you read Collect Call? I love that story so much.

I didn't, but meant to. I've read a few reports saying it was good so I'm going to check it out on iplayer.

I've been ridiculously lazy, which is bad as I have lots to write. I should start with the shortest, either the picfor1000 or random bandom. Or you know, actually engage my brain and send you that invite to the sex slaves, then you can prod away.

I've been working my way slowly through many many mcr related tags on delicious and it's awesome because I mostly only used to read Panic related fic which means most of the fic is new to me \o/ It's kind of like discovering bandom all over again. But yesyes, I have read Collect Call, it's so so good and it's what set me off reading through the Mikey/Ray tag.

There's a second episode on tonight so maybe wait a couple of days and watch them both. Last night's episode was really excellent, totally engaging, really well written and acted and beautifully shot. If it carries on as it started then it will be a really good show.

Send me that invite! You keep teasing me with it but never deliver >:( Plus maybe having an outside view on what you have so far will help inspire you. I also totally support any and all writing for picfor1000 and random bandom. Totally support!

That has to be awesome. Often I wish I could start my bandom reading all over again, and rediscover all my favourite fics. But yeah, Collect Call is made of so much win.

I would say stuff about reading and Gypsy Wedding and not being even vaguely disappointed (as if!) but... yeah, my eyes kind of glazed over (in a good way!) at the thought of Vicky T pegging Mikey and now that's all I can think of.

OPEN THAT FILE AND GET WRITING! Just ignore those prudish fingers of yours and write what you can see in your head. Don't worry about quality or self-doubt about writing smut, just get a rough version of your idea on the page without thinking too hard about it and then work on shaping it into something more polished later. YOU CAN DO IT!

It's a glorious thought and I've spent a lot of time thinking how she has these nails that are carefully painted with jewels at the tips and she's totally in charge and tells him that he'll have to prep himself which leads to Mikey finger fucking himself as Victoria stands there looking all hot with her strap on and black leather straps around her hips and somehow Gabe has managed to install himself in the bathroom to watch.
