I finally got to see Black Swan yesterday, and man, that is one intense movie. We also did a load of shopping, including two new outfits for me, went to Lush where one of the assistants came charging over asking if I'd been spraying perfume because something smelled gorgeous. He had a sniff of my wrist and as a result I ended with a solid Karma perfume. Which yeah, I know it's their job to sell but the staff there are awesome. Went grocery shopping, then home and had a giant, delicious chicken stir fry, then another two hour bath. I really need to take my watch into the bathroom because I keep getting caught up in my books and coming out of the bath hours later looking like a giant prune.

This morning I've already been to the dump and picked up the stuff for another stir fry, a quorn one tonight though I think. I also have a pineapple that's crying out to be chopped and eaten. Om nom nom.

To end, the WIP meme. In the interests of full disclosure, until very recently, like, when I decided to do this meme recently, none of my wips had titles at all as I'm the most disorganised ever. But now they have them, after opening many old documents to find out what the hell they were. Which was interesting, especially when I found snippets I couldn't remember writing, like a paragraph of something from Lindsey's POV and Mikey wanting to be the best kind of mermaid. Which really, I'd say it wasn't mine but the fact that I've actually written a full story on those lines mean I can't deny it.

Post the names of all the files in your WIP folder, regardless of how non-descriptive or ridiculous. And as others have said, ask me about one and I'll tell you something about it or post a snippet.

I remember when I still took baths that I used to have the same problem. Having your watch handy is definitely a good idea.

We did! Though we went straight there after shopping so didn't get a chance to have our plans derailed at home.

I really need to take my watch. Reading that long is lovely but it takes a big chunk out of the evening, plus, other people need the bathroom too.

I don't think so. I was talking about it with someone on my flist and is very much a story with more an overall idea rather than a plot just now. Basically it's the Ways running a funeral home for supernatural creatures. They have a safe area for vamps to mourn fallen family and friends. Don't think twice when weres howl their goodbyes, stuff like that.

If I can think of a plot it may even get more added one day.

That story has been a wip for far too long.

It's a total h/c cliche fest, with Ryan being hurt, and the other three living rough in a freezing abandoned building.

I just love the idea of them being taken in by Gerard and Mikey, who're not that old themselves, and try and make a life all crowded into one house when the Panic boys are all emotionally and physically scarred.

Community owners are now the only ones who can add and remove maintainers, delete or rename a comm. In some cases you might want to pass this role to somebody else (as LJ gives them automatically without asking anyone), like this.

Well, my initial thought was that Jamia and Alicia are just that cool that they had this serious talk where everyone said there piece and came to an arrangement where all four have a relationship, just not every person with each other.

Which is complicated, and why it's been a wip forever *g*

Mine too! I really love multi band stories but when I write them they tend to get away from me and I end up writing forever.

Anyway. That's a story which starts with Gerard coming home from art school one freezing night. On the way he spots Ryan, who then gets hit by a car ( I must admit, poor Ryan has been lying in the road bleeding for a long time )

Gerard tries to get Ryan to go to hospital, but he refuses even though he's all banged up. In the end he does get him to go home with him, where Mikey takes it all in his stride, all 'oh, Gerard's brought home a bloody and bruised waif, I'll go put on the coffee'

It then turns out that Ryan's homeless and is living on the streets with the other three. And while Ryan is sleeping in an actual bed the others are huddled together in freezing derelict building. Yes, I am that clichéd *g*

Then things happen and the Ways end up with 4 suspicious, occasionally hostile boys living with them despite being little more than kids themselves.

I was laughing at myself because I'm always saying that how I love Frank/Mikey fic I never post any. Obviously the reason is I never finish the damn things.

Ryan is a Drac! \o/

The kinky Frank/Mikey is a fill for the killjoys kink meme. The prompt was for dub con with Mikey drugged, but I found that even though I'll happily read dub and non con the thought of it being between people I really like doesn't work for me. So all I have is Frank rescuing a drugged Mikey. I've left it in the folder because I may finish it in some other way, I just don't know how just now.

The now one is a Frank/Mikey where they've been hooking up since the early days, usually on tour. Alicia and Jamia are aware and it's sort of a story about how your best friend can be someone you have sex with at times and how relationships and love take many forms. Sadly apart from thinking of them hooking up I haven't an actual plot, which is an issue.

Black Swan is amazing, and a bit of a mind fuck at times. I hope you enjoy it.
