turpsWhen I woke up this morning the new Coup De Main interview with Mikey had been posted.
I know a lot of people aren't happy about the video situation but I want to talk about things that thrilled me. Like, more spirit animal talk, especially about Ray. I mean, come on, that was adorable. Also, his hatred of eggs, so now we know Mikey doesn't like eggs, drinking milk and re-fried beans. Personally I think his childhood issues with them have something to do with Gerard, it seems like a big brother thing to do to make a combination of them all and pretend to drink it. Or maybe Mikey had eggs thrown at him that time he ran into a nativity scene. Who knows?
But spirit animals, and things being super exciting. A lot of this interview is gold, made especially so as due to a twitter conversation with Kopperblaze I now have it fixed in my head that it happened in a sex shop. Then again, that same conversation also eventually ended up at a cross dressing waycest where they run away to a small town together point. Twitter man, it's a weird place.
I'm behind in the snowflake challenges and rather than spend forever trying to think of things that I'm good at, have the easy one.
Day 7 -- In your own space, create a list of at least three fannish things you'd love to receive, something you've wanted but were afraid to ask for - a fannish wish-list of sorts. Drop a link to your wish-list in this post. Maybe someone will grant a wish. Maybe you will grant a wish. If any wishes are granted, we'd love it if you link them to this post.
I love fan art and would love some of Tints verse Frank. He's so vivid in my head with his coloured fringe and gum boots and grass-stained clothes. Or Revolution Mikey, that would be gorgeous.
Mikey/Ryan fic. I know it makes no sense, I know if they ever did meet it could end in a mottsy Singer type situation but I don't care. More Mikey/Ryan always!
More gsf! The kind where all four -- or five, I'm always happy for Bob to be involved, hell, throw in Otter if it's early days -- are really into each other and get off on being together.
And on that note I have a mountain of ironing to tackle.

GSF is always great. I wonder if somehow ironing could be the lead in for GSF?

Date: 2012-01-09 10:16 am (UTC)As for ironing, it's probably set in the Laundry 'verse (lol yes, the 3 second clip in the MTV ad counts as a 'verse).
Ray's the only one who's clothes make it out alive, and they're wrinkly as hell because they forgot to check the dryer timer. Ray tells Frank to do it because he was the one that was supposed to keep track of the time, so it's his fault they didn't get back to the laundromat. Frank HATES ironing, and he's really tempted to let the first article burn to scare Ray off, but Mikey just tells him he'll blow him if he does a good job.
But Gerard's all WHY DON'T I GET A BLOWJOB I DID STUPID LAUNDRY TOO! and they have to admit he has a point, because really, Gerard doing laundry instead of wearing something for three months is impressive. So Ray blows him. And then Gerard and Mikey 69.

Mikeyway/Ryan is ridiculous and I'm sure in reality they'd never hang out. With Ryan being a MCR when he was younger and touring together you can make it work in canon, but mostly I like to think of ridiculous AUs where they stare at each other and talk dog clothes *g*
