Skeleton Crew

Wanted to give you guys the heads up on something amazing frankie and some of our close friends have been up to. He has a company called Skelton Crew, as some of you might know. The whole operation has just gotten up and running, so i would urge everyone to check it out. So far there is the first full length record on skeleton crew from the band Hot Like A Robot, and an upcoming EP from David Costa. Theres also tons of awesome clothing ( t shirts, ties, hats etc), and a lot of different things to come (books, comic books, scuba gear etc.).

Mikey Way's Glasses


"At the young age of 9 years, Michael James Way was struck with with the affliction known as nearsightedness. Unable to see such things as the chalkboard, the movie screen (or anything more than 5 feet away) the lad was forced to get corrective lenses. Michael and his glasses spent many fruitful years together. They saw eachother through the good times, as well as the bad. In May of 2006 this friendship came to a crashing halt. Michael's glasses met their end tragically, by way of Lasik eye surgery. The glasses leave behind two loving brothers, Ray Ban, Paul frank, and their father Chanel. Viewing times and dates will be announced shortly."

The rock and roll outfit known as Drive By just released their debut compact disc on riotsquad records this past week. It is entitled "I miss every day without you kid..". I havent been able to stop listening to it since i got my mitts on it. Most of these songs are still stuck in my head since they came with us to the UK this past fall (damn you todd price).You can get a sample of said album at www.purevolume.com/driveby. Do yourself a favor and check this band out., or you'll regret it when they get "ginormous" (gigantic enormous). You can get their cd at any reputable online or a "real live" cd store. ok...bye

Wow,
Well that solved nothing. All that really did was make some of you hate eachother, and that was never my intention. I really don't need to justify myself to anyone. I was sticking up for somebody I love and look out for. You can make fun of me or anyone on the internet until your little fingers fall off, be my guest. Don't "hate" anyone though. Think of that group as the equivalent of somebody making a "hate group" for one of your mothers, fathers, brothers, sisters, cousins, etc etc. It would infuriate you to no end, don't lie. I have a platform to speak up, so I did. Get over it and grow up. The people who understood what i wrote, hats off. The people who didn't never understood anyway.
I'm oh so sorry that I'm happy and in love...didn't mean to rain on anyone's parade.

this is probably the most hilarious thing that i have ever seen in my entire life. We definately go on and laugh at all the lies, half truths and other nonsense that people fill their heads with. How could you possibly hate somebody you dont even know?!?!?!?!? and if you did know her, you would probably be best friends. She is the most amazing and incredible girl on the planet, and the girl im going to marry. Please have some respect for us and yourselves. Get some hobbies while your at it. Fly a kite. do some crossword puzzles. learn to knit. get off the fucking internet.

Taste of Chaos


Hello all,
If you get the opportunity, please check out Thrice, Funeral for a Friend, Story of the Year and all the other bands on taste of chaos this year. We got to attend the camden NJ show the other night and had quite a good time. Got to see so many old friends and smiling faces. Thanks to everyone behind the scenes for making us feel so much at home. And thanks to thrice for letting us tag along. MWAH!

1) i don't have asthma. Thank you for the concern though!
2)i'm not anorexic, bullimic, or any other "ic" you can think of
3) i don't do drugs, smoke, or drink anymore....period. My only vices right now are coffee, six feet under, and guitar hero.

To the actual post.

Does anyone know where Alicia's blog post is where she talks about being sad because Mikey had to go away, and when she woke up he'd left her a trail of stuff, including balloons or flowers in the hallway. I've checked all her old blog places but can't find it, and Googling just keeps bringing up my Alicia/Pete/Mikey story as first result. Which really, not what I want, Google.

Nooo. One must never read @replies. They're as evil as Youtube comments. Pull a Pete and ignore everyone except for the occasional "taking public questions for the next ten minutes" session. It's the only way to avoid hating your fans.

What always sticks in mind about Mikey reading @replies was the time the mcrmy was having some kind of scheduled twitter chat and he decided to join them. He tweeted something like, let's get this show on the road and got a barrage of @replies saying that's not how chats work and he has to do this or that and a load of people laughing at how he didn't know how their chats worked.

No wonder they all stopped interacting so much.
