turpsI submitted my BBB wave 3 last night.

ladyfoxxx's wave one. We Used to be Friends is Frank/Mikey, and all kinds of amazing. There was no way I could stop reading this morning. It had my attention from the first word and I was disappointed when I finally reached the end.
If you haven't read it yet you should consider doing so because seriously, so good *_______*
This bbb season has been so great, and it's not even over yet. I keep saying it every time I rec a new awesome Frank/Mikey story but I'm so happy the pairing is being written more often, all these excellent writers who gift us with these incredible well-written stories. So. Much. Love!

You mean Bob/Gerard? I know you love Gerard/Gabe too but I'm putting that in the rarely got written in the first place camp.

Date: 2012-08-21 03:44 pm (UTC)Well, Bob/Gerard I didn't expect to be very common after he left the band, but I'm really suprised that noone at all seems to want to write Ray/Gerard. It was the pairing I thought would replace Bob/Gerard and it just didn't happen. Also, the other rarer pairings like Patrick/Gerard and Pete/Gerard have pretty much dried up completely. It's like the only Gerard fans around these days are the Frank/Gerard people and it makes me a little sad.

Date: 2012-08-22 10:02 am (UTC)Well, there are plenty of Gerard/Mikey people around still but I know that doesn't help with getting more Gerard stories that aren't Frank/Gerard.
I'd like to see more Ray/Gerard, more Ray fic in general in fact, those two match together really nicely. I'm not sure if it was you or someone else who said they're a comfortable pairing, one where you can easily see them happy and content.
