LJ/DW people, I have an admission. I have an allmighty crush on Danny O'Donoghue from The Script.

This is being encouraged by watching The Voice, where each week I watch entranced as he bops along to the singers, dances in his chair and is generally adorable. But does it stop there? Of course it doesn't. I want The Voice fic. I need The Voice fic. I even went looking and all I found was two stories at AO3, which of course were terrible. I sit watching and meep every time will.i.am looks along the row at Danny. Each time he interacts with Jessie J. Even Tom Jones gets in on the act.

Tom Jones. How has it come to this? But they call him a silver bear and I'm sure Jessie J would be up for some pegging and will.i.am. Argh, I'm talking about will.i.am and Tom Jones in a sex scene, but it would be beautiful, and all I want is for them all to concentrate on Danny and have all these gsf'ey adventures.

Last night Danny said, I think I'm in love, in regards to a singer, and will.i.am said, go take him, and I about choked. They can't say stuff like that! I'm a delicate flower, I can't take it.

Anyway. Let us not talk of this again.

I'm going to go finish editing, as I actual wrote a trope bingo Gerard/Mikey fill, which will be posted soon.

Well, after I watch Hall of Fame again.

I really like The Script's music, and love how Danny is so obviously passionate about what he does. The Voice can get a little stagey at times, with everyone saying why they'd be the best choice. But at heart you can tell he really wants to help the people he's picked.

I find all the competition shows stagey. It is the downside.

I do love The Script - it makes me happy to see them hit the big time. Danny's a total sweetheart too - I don't watch The Voice but I heard him on BBC One last weekend playing some sort of game and he was hilarious.

The Script are such a great band. I'm glad I got to find them through The Voice. I can easily believe that Danny is a sweetheart. He pings me that way, too.

LOL! I dunno if it's because Fandom has warped my mind or if it's my actual natural instinct to look at things from an ~interesting~, i.e. pervy, angle. There have been several times offline/in RL where I've had to do a double-take because whatever's been said or shown gets totally taken out of non-fannish context in my mind. :P

FWIW, I don't get the Tom Jones thing nor do I watch the voice, but it's all cool. (See? Even Mikeyway's giving you thumbs up. Hee!)

Ahahaha. Well, it's not so much that I suddenly have the hots for Tom Jones. Just the fact it seemed rude to cut him out of the orgy. Like, what's he supposed to do, just shuffle off while they have fun?

Fandom makes everyone pervy I think. Which is fine when you're talking to fannish people, not so much when you make a comment to someone who thinks you're cracked in the head *g*
