Picfor1000 and Snowflake challenge day 2

Posting something I started at the end of last week.

I got my picfor1000 assignment. You can see it here.

A while ago I was talking to sperrywink that I wanted to write Mikey/Gerard sex pollen fic -- which was totally her fault as her bandom_holidays story set me off wanting that -- and that maybe I could do so for picfor1000. Well, sheep crossing a road don't really lend themselves to that. However. On the day I got the assignment I'd been talking on twitter about shape-shifting sheep with sex pollen and incest. It could happen! The Way bros could be shape shifting sheep and lets face it, sheep have many opportunities to get affected by sex pollen. Sadly, getting it all written out in 1000 words could be an issue, so the sex pollen may have to go.

Of course, the picture also prompts stuff such as running away or journeys etc. But lets face it, they're no shape-shifting sheep.

MSE Forums. -- I'm not actually sure if this fits or not, but I'm a couponer -- I have a coupon wallet and everything -- one of those people you hate to get stuck behind in a supermarket queue because I'll have multiple coupons and depending on the shop, be working out APGs, PPs or Brand Matches. I can do all that due to that site, and especially the forums.

pop_newsletter -- I handed over this comm a long time ago, but I'll always be proud of it. It was the first newsletter in the popslash fandom and I set it up and posted it weekly -- with links given to me by helpful popscouts &turlough; -- for many years. Sadly it's pretty much dead now, but it's a fantastic reminder of the amazing times I had in popslash.

mikeyway_daily -- You know I'm going to promote the comm I run with sperrywink. It amazes me that the comm is still running after so many years, especially after the year just gone. I love it there, and the people who watch and comment. I often end up laughing at the things left in comments, and it's just great to have a shared, safe place where anything Mikey related goes.

Hmmm, next challenge is for recs. I'll need to think about that, so, a response for next time I think.

A small bit of rl stuff. Dad is doing okay, a one day at a time kind of thing. Thank you for all the comments on my last post. I will be replying individually but as it may not be immediate. So just to say now, you're all fantastic ♥

Of all the animals I would like Gerard and Mikey to shapechange into I would never, ever have thought of sheep :-) That pic is really cool though. The lighting makes it seem all mysterious. Good luck with your story!

I'd almost forgotten about pop_newsletter. It was such a great resource and you totally rocked for creating it!
