I'm sure most people will have seen this but a mini fanwork fundraising drive is going on for akamine_chan who's having a bad time right now. Aka is a fantastic person and does so much in fandom. So if you could help, either by offering or bidding on other offers, go check out the post.

Right now TLC are regularly showing an advert for Oprah's master-class tv show. The first show features Justin, and they keep showing a short clip of him and JC which is really old, and it makes me smile each time. They also have Justin saying how he's never told a certain story before. I'm curious to know what the story is and have narrowed it down to either (a) That it really was always winter in Europe and they really did sleep in crappy hotels with beds like concrete and one damp sheet between two people. Therefore, orgies. (b) That it's not just a fic but canon that Justin has a wank room full of his sneakers. (c) Lynncest exists.

Or really, all three. It is Justin after all.

James has just gone to take our car in to be fixed and to pick up the rental. It turns out that along with the scratch the crumple thing under the bumper is all bent and while the car is perfectly drivable, motablity want it completely fixed. It's taken so long to get done because James drove some of our friends down to Butlins yesterday and they also needed to wait for a suitable automatic. Which, when he phoned this morning one of the choices turned out to be a mini bus -- which was tempting just for the novelty value, but sadly impractical in many ways.

I don't know if anyone else watches Grimm. But I wasn't impressed with the end, not at all. Damn cliff hangers, though, I guess it wasn't as bad as the one they had the season before.

I'm working my way through Believe at the moment, which reminds me a little of Keither Sutherland's show, Touch. True Blood also came back yesterday, so that's another season of insanity, wtf moments and of course, Eric. And talking of wtf moments, new America's Next Top Model started last Thursday. I do enjoy that show, and it's reassuring to see Tyra is her usual Tyra-like self.

I'm really enjoying Believe. It's another of those shows that have sat on my DVR for ages, then I watch an episode and end up mainlining the rest. In fact, I've watched another ep since posting this post.

Hee, yes. I always laugh when I think of that.

I have to admit the mini bus was very tempting. We would have had to squeeze many sleep deprived and sugar hopped up people into it for the authentic Camp experience.

A mini bus would have been VERY novel..but YEAH highly impractical(alas)

I'll be much happier when the new season of Grimm starts because I want to see the fall out(also I'm getting tired of Adeline being the plot device)

I tried watching believe but I just couldn't find it in myself to care enough to watch more eps. I didn't know ANTM was back yet..I'll have to catch it

Adeline. Arghhh. They need a new villain arc, it seems like it's always her lately. I do like Trouble though, she was a nice touch.

We're a few seasons behind in ANTM so you guys may not have a new series yet. This one is the one where they had men in the competition, which I think is a while back.

Trouble's grown on me. The first ep she was in didn't impress me too much but it got better. and SERIOUSLY I'm all for determined chicks being major plot-points BUT it's just gotten TOOO much with Adeline. We get it already.

I mean I thought I would like it and watch it. I just couldn't bring myself to actually move to click the tv on to watch it(That also happened with Almost Human with Karl). I've been kinda in a HUGE apathy spiral the last 6? months

Dude, I think I'm ALSO that far behind in ANTM...I haven't actively caught up with it in several years.

Though watching James was surprised how funny he could be and how willing he is to take part in skits and dress up. I think that's something a lot of people don't see.
