It's been another busy phone day today. Mainly because Kayleigh's house situation has gone belly up and then mam's tablets hadn't been delivered and my FiL was coming to pick something up but I didn't know when. So it's been a day of a lot of waiting and a lot of phone talking.

Positive things, though.

(1) It's Pauline's birthday. She's very much a positive thing because she could have so easily left dad years ago when he was first diagnosed with Parkinson's. But she hasn't, sticking with him through good times and bad. I'm so happy she's in his life.

(2) I'm going to see Pride tomorrow with James. We're heading out for unlimited nachos and pop, and will hopefully have a good night out.

(3) My cats, because they're all adorable and I love them loads. This is a photo I took of Freesia yesterday, one where she's channeling my icon.

Ugh, your day sounds like it was really tedious! Waiting and talking on the phone are among my absolutely least favourite occupations.

But yay! for birthdays and good night's out and particularly for CATS!!

*hugs for the not as good* Waiting and phoning a lot are two things that I tend to not can about because I dislike the uncertainty. Give me definitives people.
