I've picked up a prompt for a secondary work from BBB. Now I have to remember how to write.

James got his cast off this week, and is now sporting this brace for five weeks. His doctor is pleased with how the break is healing but his arm still needs the support for a while.

Now we have to see if he can go back to work or not as there's a possibility the brace will be seen the same way as a cast. James has an appointment with his work occupational health people next Tuesday and hopefully he'll get the thumbs up to go back. I hope so as more weeks of half pay won't be good at all.

Our garden is coming along nicely. this is the new decking in the bottom part of the garden. It's not fully finished yet but very close, and this is inside the greenhouse where we've planted the first batch of seeds. The raised bed has been planted with onions, too. So things are going well in that direction.

I'm reading The Breakers Series right now. It's post apoc and I have to admit I wasn't that keen on the first book, but am enjoying the second much more.

Game of Thrones is back soon and I'm looking forward to it a lot. Thankfully some of the other shows I watch are coming to the end this week as my list of stuff I'm watching is ridiculously long right now, so much so my DVR has been around 90% full for months. Of course the fact I'm recording and watching daily episodes of Masterchef Australia and My Kitchen Rules Australia isn't helping that. There's also a new channel launching soon that's going to show Breaking Bad and Sons of Anarchy from the beginning, so they'll be added too.

Wow, how futuristic it looks! And very different from a cast. I'll keep my fingers crossed he'll be able to get back to work and the half pay thing will only be a memory.

Your garden has gotten a real overhaul this year, both decking and a new greenhouse! Now we just have to hope the weather will cooperate and that all your seeds will sprout!

I can't imagine keeping up with so many tv shows. How do you find the time?!

It really did, and looks so much better. That old brick shed took up so much room.

As for all the tv watching. I just fit in an episode or two during the day, and the stuff online I watch while doing surveys which earn me vouchers which I save for Christmas.

He's been all back to work for a while now -- because I suck at replying to comments -- and just this week went back to 12 hour shifts. I'd started to forget the horrible early mornings.

Because I'm the suckiest at replying at times, he's all back. And in fact was back to his full 12 hour shifts this week.
