turpsI was very unfannish last night, I watched tv and just had a quick scan of the flist before bed. I figure everyone's entitled to an off night. I even watched non fannish shows, one good one about someone's mother-in-law changing places with her daughter for a week. I enjoyed it, especially the laugh when she ate a bacon and egg sandwich with yellow rubber gloves. I was in bed for 12 yet still managed to wake up late. I swear I put the alarm on but it didn't go off.
Had an interesting conversation with James when we went to bed about who we would sleep with. The result is if he ever gets propositioned by Angelina Jolie, Amanda Tapping or that girl from Spiderman he can sleep with them once. He made me cut my list right down, something about 20 being too many *g* But yes, you'll be relieved to know if I'm ever hit on by Victor, Chris or Kevin I can sleep with them. Not that I would, I've everything I want right here at home, but damn, it's good thinking about it ;)
The plan is to write soon. I've been trying to get into the mindset of an 18 year old man, which is hard as when I was 18 I was moving in with James, but I've been thinking what it must be like to have that much attention on you at all times. Growing up in the glare of the spotlight, and you know I wouldn't like it at all. The trappings would be fantastic but you give up so much.
Last thing, I don't suppose anyone knows the German word for small and large in terms of condom size? I looked it up in an english/german dictionary but there were so many variations of the words I got confused. And yes, I can't believe I asked that either *g*
Now I've some friends that I *must* write to.

Date: 2003-11-19 07:26 am (UTC)The husband and I have the same sort of list, but we each only get five (though I do like your idea of him having three and you having 20, lol) His problem with me however is that I'm allowed five, but only have 4, leaving the 5th slot sort of a 'open door' concept. Whoever I think is worthy and hot at the moment gets slot number 5, subject to change at any given moment.
