We went to see Warcraft today. I don't know if it was because we missed the first few minutes but I really didn't understand what was going on beyond a lot of fighting. I mean, yes it was entertaining, very pretty to watch and action filled, but what was actually going on escaped me.

We also went swimming this morning, then to my niece's birthday party as she turned two today, and then off to the cinema after. Honestly, I could crawl into my bed now, but we have to go put nanna to bed at 10 first.

But exciting things. Tomorrow after my psych appointment I'm going to North Wales to spend the night at Camp Sparkle! I didn't think I could make it because of money reasons, but we got some as a wedding gift and I figured why not spend it to go visit some of my most favourite people in the world!?

It's been forever since I've been to Camp, that's actually me in the icon from the first CS, and I hope to have a day of many hugs and lots of sparkle. And ha, I haven't actually got a paid DW account at the moment so you'll have to see the icon here

The cats will be fine left alone overnight, and anyway Corey should be back from Download by late evening. Poor kidlet got flooded out the first night and has apparently spent the rest of the weekend waterlogged and wet through. But I'm sure he's still had a fantastic time.

From what I've heard, Warcraft is a really pretty movie that catered more to fans of the game than the general public. Having never played the game, I'm not even going to try to give the movie a chance (I was under-impressed by the trailers.) Glad to know that you enjoyed it even if it was confusing.

Ah, I'm so glad that you got to hang out at Camp Sparkle! It's almost like the universe decided to give you an extra wedding gift. LOL!

One of my friends at Camp is a huge Warcraft player and she was explaining the universe to me. There's so much there that the game players will pick up on and the general public will miss completely.

Now we have our unlimited ticket we're going to loads more movies than before, so even though Warcraft wasn't a huge hit, I could enjoy it in a purely, I'm being entertained way.

That's a nice way to look at it. And hanging with friends would be an excellent gift.

Ah, well, having an unlimited ticket does help cushion any future disappointments. I do know of a monthly service here in the US where, for $30, you can go see one movie every day. I haven't used it (yet), but do keep it in mind.;)

Everytime I hang out with good friends is a good thing indeed.
