Yeah, I think Valentine's Day really is about young couples. I know it's been years since I exchanged anything meaningful with James or went out. Not least because prices always shoot up.

James is feeling a little better and has his physio appointment for next week. Hopefully they'll be able to help with his back.

It's always fascinating when nanna talks about things like the war. She's so casual about it too. Like the three years granddad spent in Italy transporting injured soldiers, but it must have been a horrific time for them both.
