Just after I posted last night I heard a noise, went upstairs and found Corey trying to clean the bathroom floor with toilet paper after he'd been sick all over it. Got him cleaned up and back in bed, cleaned the floor then crashed into bed myself. He's off school today which is hindering my plans of present wrapping but I'll cope.

I actually watched another MX ep after James went to work and before Corey woke up. It creeped me out too. Not sure about the title, I'm brain dead just now, but it's the one where they're at the psych hospital and there's cockroaches and a scary little kid. That little boy made me shudder, I hate ghosts and if I'd seen him I would have fainted on the spot. Interesting episode, though the situation with Jesse is driving me insane now. He's far too good a character to waste just running searches.

Just scanned my flist and see some more of my cards have arrived! I'm glad you all like them! I'll be commenting individually when I get some more caffeine in my body. I've just got the best card from augustuscaesar with koala bears on it and a lovely message that made me smile so much. Corey's just given it pride of place on the fireplace and now we're about to look koala's up online as he wants to know all about them. Thank you so much hon!

Now I'm going to read the flist properly then get that last scene of the SeSa done. If you hear a loud noise coming from the direction of England you'll know I've finished *g*

Anyway, I saw right through this episode, but it was still fun to watch it play out. And the ending did catch me by surprise, when he waved "goodbye", but only a little. And Brennan showed quite a bit of his softer, sensitive side, so that was good. Except for saying he knew the doc from high school. Isn't it cannon that he hit the streets at 10 yrs old? But still went to high school? Huh? And I won't even comment on the ridiculousness of Shal watching while Jesse shovels, or the un-sealed coffin, or the plot hole a mile wide of a 10 year old living in a closed hospital for 15 years... ..so, flawed, but good episode.

I totally agree with that review. You just reminded me of that scene, Shal who's *much* stronger than Jesse sitting watching as he dug out the coffin. Totally stupid.

It was obvious what was going on but the ep still had a creepy vibe that I liked. As for canon, I've just about given up on it. Like the things that are in the bios on the MX dvd's. Totally different to what we see on the show.

Have to say though, Brennan giving the doc electrical shocks to start his heart was cool.

You're making me rather curious about Mutant X. I must try to watch it someday, if only to drool over Victor. I totally blame your Victor "eyecandycon"!

In one way I hope you do watch as Victor is so fantastic, just don't expect much in terms of depth *g* And blame my icon as much as you like, I like sharing the eye candy ;)

He loves that card. We've been talking about Koalas for the last two days now. What they eat, how they feel, why they seem to have purple inner ears. You couldn't have picked anything better.
