It thrills me that you class me with Arsenic, because she's amazing and I love her writing so much. That's such a shame about the list, though :(

A good beta is worth their weight in gold. I treasure all of mine, and it always amazes me the work they'll put in behind the scenes, encouraging, fixing, prodding things into place, without getting the kudos/comments in response.
