turpsIs there anything worse than getting a huge drink of milk and it's gone bad...blegh!
Why yes there is. Reading mail and seeing that there's been a Yahoo Group set up for Jesse/Lexa stories....shudders.
Still happy this morning, got some lovely mails and to take a concept from LKY I can start to polish my SeSa story soon. I've probably said this before but I really hate editing, however I'm going to try and change that as it's such an important thing. So yes, I'm going to polish....arghhhh this is frustrating. I'm used to talking specifics here and I can't. It's a good job that I have off LJ people to talk with.
I downloaded Oprah last night, and I bet none of you are surprised that it made me all sniffly. I'll cut because people may not have seen it yet.
I'm so impressed with AJ just now. The way he faced up to his problems just blows me away, especially as he had to do it in such a highly visible way. In fact I'm impressed how the whole situation was handled. It must have been tempting to try and sweep things under the carpet, which would have led to rumours and half truths. Instead they've been up front about things. I just think that must have been so incredibly difficult for everyone. 'Normal' people can slink away when they need to, lick their wounds in private and heal. BSB had to do their healing in the public glare.
I've heard the knocking the door down story, but to hear it from their own mouths made me shiver. For AJ to get that bad, where Kevin told him he didn't want him in his life anymore, that's painful honesty. I'm just so glad it was the wake up call that AJ needed. My admiration for the whole band and AJ is particular has just rocketed even more.
Shallowly I have to say how fantastic they all looked! Kevin in leather...thud! AJ's clothes were interesting but they worked on him *g* Brian's looking good and he still has the most fantastic smile ever! Nick so cute and serious and Howie looked great. Also, Kev calls AJ baby! That's made me insanely happy. And AJ's face when they first came onstage, I could -- and have -- watched that over and over. And the crying and Kevin's eyes welling up, that broke me. Last thing, I defy anyone to watch this and say AJ's ugly, because he just isn't.
Damn, binmen day and the bin's not out. Have to run!
