eglantiere wrote me a drabble set in Ilona Andrews Innkeeper series universe, one that highlights the bond between Gertrude Hunt and Dina perfectly. It really is very beautiful and I recommend even if you don't know the books Cause You Only live Forever In the Lights You Make. It's a very beautiful drabble, and also, anyone who guessed I then went on to listen to Kids From Yesterday repeatedly after reading would be very right.



I saw this posted by dine and think I may play. From corvidology, basically, post about stuff you love in February. Personally, I like February, but I know it's a hard one for lots of people. So why not fill it with stuff you love?

I know for many people February is part of the slog of getting through the first part of the year, but I do like it, even beyond the birthdays.

You're right, it is starting to get lighter again, and you can tell nature is starting to wake up.

I'll have to think of some things. Which will be cheery in itself I think.
