Happy birthday to my kidlet!

It's the 11th so that means it's Corey's birthday.

So, happy birthday to him as he turns 25. An age which, even if I had him relatively young, makes me feel ancient *g*

Sadly I won't see him today, but I'll phone later and James is doing a gift drop off on the way home from work, including a dozen doughnuts from the Krispie Kreme drive-through that were picked up this morning which will have to be a substitute instead of our usual meal out together and cake.

I had a nice phone call with him and James dropped off his cards and gifts so that was good. We'll have a good meal as a family when it's allowed and safe to do so. I think by that point every one us will have had a lockdown celebration so it'll be a joint catch up *g*

They do look like each other, especially in terms of colouring.

Yeah, I was 21 and James 20 when we had Corey. Honestly, sometimes I wonder how we survived back then as we had no idea what we were doing.

Corey spent the day with his girlfriend, who thankfully has been able to bubble with him. So, had some company at least.

James had just turned 20 then. It feels like forever ago!
