I watched the last episode of Superstore last night. It's not a show that I was fannish about, but it's one I've watched from the start, so it was sad to see it go. Though, I was pleased it ended on an up note.

A few days ago dine linked to Tom Holland on Lip Sync Battle performing Umbrella. Now, I never thought any battle would better the sheer enjoyment I get from Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan Tatum's battles, all of which entertain me in different ways. But damn, Tom may have taken top spot. And just to ensure that I've watched it a few times to make sure. Because damn, the man is flexible.

It's raining hard again right now, but until a few hours ago it was a lovely day so I've spent a few hours in the garden potting on the tomato plants. My feathery friend wasn't amused at this, and I don't know who got the biggest shock when he came flying around the greenhouse thinking I'd gone when I was actually just sitting scooping compost into bigger pots.

However, I didn't take a beak to the eye so will count it as a win.

If you could send some of that rain here I would be very grateful! We really didn't get nearly enough of it last week and it doesn't look like we're going to get any for the foreseeable future either.

I hope your tomato plants will thrive this year. Your feathery encounter made me giggle!

It seems to have rained every day for weeks lately. They say it's going to clear up in a few days and I hope that's the case as we seem to be going from one extreme to another.

The tomato plants are doing well. One is even flowering already.

Not enough Dina/Garret screen time -- that's my only complaint! But otherwise, YES, wasn't it a sweet finale? Nothing soul-crushing happened! I'm still in shock!

You can definitely tell Tom Holland got his start in theatre. That charisma!

It was a sweet finale, but all the way through I was expecting another tornado or some other disaster. That it was only severed feet and a happy ending was a lovely surprise.

Charisma is right, he can work a room that's for sure.
