Just had the last lie in of the holiday season. Tomorrow is going to be brutal, I haven't been up before 10 for the last week or so. Hauling my ass out of bed at 6:30 will be a killer, as will doing all the grown up things again. School, getting uniforms ready, ironing ( I haven't ironed a thing for ages. The pile takes up the whole couch now...eek)

I actually managed to get James to watch PotC with me last night, we've seen more movies this week than we have for a long time. He wasn't filled with Jack love, but he watched, that was the main thing *g* Then when I went to bed I was having dreams about LJ, which has to be a bad sign. I was dreaming I was being defriended by everyone as my LJ is so boring and I ended up as Terri no mates. So now of course I have a complex about being boring, but hell, I am what I am, which is a slash obsessed, mutant loving teeny on helium. Well that's what others have said, I think I'm perfectly normal ;)

None of you are going to leave me are you. *Clings to flist*

Better go get ready now. We have to go visit nanna and drink a New Years sherry...yuk.

Tell me about the end of the holiday! I chatted with rhiannon_jehane until 3.45 a.m yesterday night, and I haven't gone to bed before 4.00 a.m for the last two weeks! Going back to school is going to hurt! lol

Hey, it was a nasty dream *g* I was really upset because I was just watching as my friends list went down and down. I think it's because I noticed I'd been defriended by someone yesterday so must have been thinking about it when I was asleep. But man, dreaming about LJ, that's going too far don't you think? lol.

Yup! I wasn't surprised about me, because I know the things I talk about now aren't to everyone's taste. But you, yeah I'm surprised. I guess her flist was getting too big.

Hmm, don't remember exactly. All I know is that it had to do with a sense of 'community'- like people getting together on-line through the LJ, meeting after a strange affair of entries disappearing... I always dream of communes, or huge groups of people.

I made a dream like this tonight. I must have been very happy living with a clan, or in a commune, or a kibbutz in another life! lol

I wasn't surprised either really. Our LJ's were going in totally different directions and it's not like we had friendship to tie them together like we do. Guess she's not into the sdb, Oz or the dark stuff ;)

The sarcasm one? when I tried to come back here to check, it shows my new default instead of the icons I had chosen (new default is a group shot, and the icon was also made by silentj). This is the Choey she made me!

As for a dishwasher, we don't have one. My sister and I trade months for washing the dishes... so if you could wash every 2nd month (when it is my turn) that would be great! and we could talk smut while we work too!

I kind of have this intensely protective loyalty streak a lightyear wide when it comes to my friends, perhaps you've noticed?

Like the guy who now hates me and has for over five years now because I based a story character on him? Still love him, despite his character flaws, regardless of how he feels about me (because I asked for it, even if I meant it as a compliment... ..disclaimers are your friend, & I don't advise writing about people you know IRL in any case...) and would defend him and stick up for him if he should ever need me.

Well, the holiday season is over. James and Corey are back to school and work so I've time to tackle my overflowing in-box at last. So feedback should be forthcoming!

I like the idea of having a friend for life. It's very reassurring :)
