YOUR MISSION, if you choose to accept it, is to take a picture of your desktop, post it, then explain:

( 1 ) Why you choose the background color/image you did?
It's Chris. Will that do?
I love the expression on his face, I love the way he's handling the ball, and his arms, and the shorts and the cast and his hair sticking up through his visor. Also, the saying? So true for me.

( 2 ) Why your toolbar is where it is?
They can move? *is stupid*

( 3 ) Why the choices on your toolbar are present?
They're the ones I use the most, mail, winamp, printer, AIM etc.


( 4 ) What the desktop icons are?
I like to have everything where I can see it, so I've loads of icons. There's Adobe, my FTP, all my site folders, all my BSB and Nsync folders, my fic folders, my MX folder, kazza, winmx, note tab light, power dvd, my computer, my shared folder for my mp3s. I just like knowing they're there.

It's pretty easy to take pics from the desktop. You should have a print screen key on your keyboard somewhere. Press that and control when you want to capture your screen, then you need to open a graphics programme and paste into a blank document (control V, even though you probably know that *g* )

Does this mean we'll see lots of new pretty Garett pics?

Thanks for the info; I'd never even noticed that key before. lol And sadly, I have a visual clutter phobia, so my desktop is more boring than chalk. I'm going to have to add more GM pics back to my LJ again though because withdrawal is hitting hard. Heh.
