I have issues with this British summer time, I really do. It's bad enough that I was sitting last night and it was suddenly three o clock when minutes ago it was only 1:59. I can cope with that, it's the hour that you lose in bed that gets me. Man. Why don't they go forward when I can sleep in?

I've been watching Popworld this morning to see JC and he wasn't on. But I did get to see the wonderful Will Young. I like him so much and his don't give a toss attitude. The fact that his smile could light up a room helps a lot too. So yeah, that was my morning, watching tv and fending off Corey who's been hyper because he was going to a birthday party. Kay's just took him so I'm having some quiet time. I may also be watching Blue in concert, but I'm not going to admit it ( However, I have to say. Duncan is one hot man. Not that I'm watching or anything, ahem )

There's going to be a party fire engine at the party. It's a converted fire engine and it takes the kids to McDonalds then brings them back. None of them know so it's going to be a wonderful surprise. Party fire engines. You know when I was a kid I was lucky to get a sausage roll and a sponge cake, I also had to walk 10 miles barefoot in the snow to get to school ;)

Things I've learned this weekend. I apparently have a cute accent, which really I don't hear but I'll take your word for it. The fact that I make people cry with the stuff I write doesn't make me guilty anymore. ( When I posted The End 2 for TS I kept getting feedback saying you made me cry and got in a huge guilt trip about that ) Now, I see it as a compliment when I got comments like that about my AU. Not that I like making people cry, it's just the nature of the story. I also learned that you're all a kinky bunch that like threesomes *eg* And why not? Lobsters and ho is the way to go, baby!

Now this afternoon I must write some of the Joey fic. If only I hadn't seen something at fic_requests that I want to write. *glares at weredonut*

Which reminds me. These tags, why didn't I know you could update in rich text and they'd do the tags etc for you? It's so much easier.

ETA: Seriously. Someone tell me to get out of fic_requests now. I'm wavering here.

But crying is good. Sometimes.
You are sad, you cry and it is cleansing, but then the story is over there is no need to be all worried and depressed for real. That's the good kind of crying.
It won't really hurt people after all, kind of like reading pwp fic won't get you pregnant.
And I swear I had a topic, when this post started.

Daylight saving time sucks. To abolish it shall be your next mission, EU.

I agree with you now. But when I posted The Sentinel story all I could think was OMG, I've made people cry! I actually enjoy a good cry at fic sometimes, like you said, it's fiction that's all.

Man, I wish they would abolish it. I'm all out of whack just now thinking every thing's an hour behind what it really is.

The only point of daylight saving time is to provide a topic of conversation the week before it takes place, when everyone is wondering whether it's one hour forward or backwards.
Shouldn't that be obvious, if they was any sense in it at all.

Your daylight savings time complaints sent me into a tizzy, which I just solved by googling for the answer. Turns out that while we both fall back at the same time, you spring forward a week earlier than we do. So next weekend, it will be my turn to be sleep-deprived.

Ohhh, is the Joey ficathon kicking your ass? I *know* it's kicking my ass - what, a week to deadline? Less? And I have an unbeta'ed third of my story written. *bites nails*

And fic_requests is a quicksandy mire that will suck you in and swallow your flesh! Run! Run away! Or stay! And write! :)

It is. I've a pairing that I don't really have an interest in. It should be easy for reasons I can't say here but it's not...sigh. I've done more than the 1000 words at least but man, I'm going to have to work like crazy to get it done.

I tried to run away from fic_requests, I really did. But I ended up writing a ficlet, then after all that someone had already posted before me, so I posted it here. Because I'm weak and I'd rather write Chris ficlets than what I should be writing.
