Woke up this morning to James shouting up the stairs that the water was off. Could vaguely remember a postcard saying it would be off sometime, didn't know it was today.
So now I've only got a kettle full of water and what's in the cold water tank to last all day. That's only 4 big cups of coffee and a few toilet flushes, and that's without the other things like juice, or the dogs water. I'm having to ration my caffeine consumption and that's not right.
Of course, it could be worse. It means that the washing can't be done, and that's good.
