Home Again
Aug. 3rd, 2003 09:22 pmI'm home, and I bet no one even knew that I'd gone *g*
James managed to get an extra day off work so we went away for a semi long weekend, coming home today. *Very* last minute, therefore no warning that I was going. Now I'm home and I'm about to try and catch up again.
I'm also listening to Robbie Williams live on Radio1, I really like his music and he's doing this huge concert at Knebworth (sp) and it's being broadcast live. I'm waiting for him to swear or do something that shouldn't be on air lol. I just heard that he dedicated one of his slushy songs, She's the One, to a gay couple last night. He asked if there were any gay couples in the audience and two guys had the song dedicated to them. Apparently the crowd was a little reserved about cheering for them, but what the hell, Robbie did it anyway. He's always hinting that he may be bi, and he's with his friend Jonathon Wilks enough, they live together despite them being able to buy hundreds of houses. But I don't know, they might just want to have company. Only Robbie knows for sure.
EEK, She's the One is on now.
It's rumoured that Mark Owen may join him later. I don't know if Take That was ever famous outside of the UK but Mark was Robbie's best friend in the group. Then they split up and didn't speak for a while. Hearing Mark and Robbie together would be fantastic. And yes, I know I'm showing my teeny roots again, but I've decided that I'm not embarrassed about liking boy bands anymore. Which is just as well as I've developed a *huge* crush on someone in a band that I didn't even like until a few weeks ago. Now I've downloaded all the songs/videos etc of them that I can find.
I'm not saying who, as Castalie is talking about Oz, Beecher and Keller etc, and I'm talking about boybands and that just seems wrong lol.
I see the interview meme is starting again. Must admit that I like that one. It throws up such interesting things about your friends.
Now must read my friends list properly instead of skimming.
