Apolagies to people that see this from both Castalie and I, but the archive attached to [livejournal.com profile] sent_thurs is now live.

The archive is here. It only went live last night, so if you see any bugs just let us know.

There's gen and slash short stories there but both are labelled clearly.

Enjoy the stories!

Made a dent in the mails I owe yesterday, just a little dent but it's there at least. Some people will be getting replies to comments they don't even remember making *g*

My FTP was busy, transferring files all day yesterday as I fine tuned TS flash fiction archive. Considering Mouse and I have never even spoken face to face I think we did a great job. I've just announced it so hopefully it goes well.

Next on the list, update the MX archive, oh and put a link from my site to the new archive.

My mam just phoned and told me that someone tried to steal her neighbours garden last night! Mark has this beautiful front garden, really small maybe 8 by 8 meters. He's put a fountain and pond, garden chair, stepping stones, gravel etc in it and a nice fence. Last night he was woken by police in riot gear at his door at 4 in the morning. The police helicopter was hovering over head. One of his other neighbours had woken and seen someone taking his fence away. They had a wheelbarrow ready for the gravel, had cut the fountain pump ready to take, his chair was found in a field at the top of our estate. The police said they would have taken everything, plants and all.

I can't believe that people would stoop so low. What's worrying is our estate isn't a through way. It's on a hill by itself so if anyone is up there they're usually residents or visitors. So it's probable whoever saw the garden lives on the estate. Not that there's anything to take in my garden, unless they want a well used slide, seesaw, swing and sandpit. But I'm still going to get a new lock for the gate.

I've been writing today, and it's not going well. I've actually done three pages but I suspect they're not that good. I keep getting tied up with things. I'm writing Daryl and his grief is making me feel sad. I try to distance myself but it's not working. He was remembering singing in the car before everything happened, Simon was complaining about the rock music and Daryl was laughing at him. Then Daryl flashed to Simon dead on the floor, and I kept tearing up. Not good.

Then I realised that I really need a time line doing as they're about to find someone and I don't know if it's possible that he can still be alive. Not that he lives for much longer. Man, I'm becoming the bringer of death. Fear the author as she will kill you. They'll ask for stories at Storyfinders with the biggest death count and mine will be right there lol.

But yes, this guy has to die and I'm not sure if he could have survived that long trapped like Blair was. Maybe he could have been pulled out and is slowly dying of internal injuries. Might have to google how long you can live with internal bleeding.

I'm also wondering if there's some kind of river in Cascade. I have this scene planned where they actually get to wash, they're all a bit manky and dirty just now. Actually maybe a stream would do. They wash, then the sex, the argument, the make up, the dog, travelling on, the discovery, the reunion, the talk, the death, the grief again, the end. Then we move to happier times!

Lol, you've all helped again. Back to the misery.
