Ficlet for patchworkdragon

patchworkdragon asked for Blair/Chris and the more I thought about it the more it worked. But then again you all know I'm insane ;)

This isn't what I was going to write, but it's what came out.

My e-mail's decided to add another trick to it's books today. It now makes the new mail noise and says I have new mail yet shows none in the folder, which is driving me insane. But who cares because I'm getting a new ISP at long last!

I've stayed with BT much longer than I should of because they are good for surfing etc but my mail is getting worse all the time. So as soon as the paperwork's done we're moving to plusnet. I'll also be having a 1mb connection which is much better than I have now. I didn't want to change and the thought of changing all my contact e-mails at the sites etc gives me a headache but it has to be done. I keep getting thrown off Yahoo groups because of bouncing mails which is ironic considering it was them that took over BT.

I think I'm almost done with the ficlets now, only some MX ones to do for jencat004 Perfect time to do them too as my MX love is sky high right now. Did I tell you that Brennan loves Jesse? I did? Well he does ;)

I'm after masochists volunteers that are willing to help me with a story. I've signed for xoverau's Joey challenge and sort of know what I'm doing but I want someone to bounce ideas off as my usual idea bouncer is staying stubbornly immune to the sparkly side. *glares at Mouse*

The thing is I'm basing the story on one I've already wrote, Fear Based Responses which is here.

The challenge story is going to be the follow up to that, but I'm also thinking about re-writing that first story and making it into part of the bigger one. I asked Nic and she said the story would have to be substantially added to or changed which I think is only right.

Now I like the story, I think I could write it better now but I don't know if I'm good enough to manipulate it and add more so it reads like a new story which is why I'm going help!

I know the story could be better and I can take crit, so don't be afraid of that. But now I shut up before I scare everyone away *g*

Also, I said that I only had one person's ficlets to do. I forgot about my dear sis castalie who set me a fiendish one!

Just a drive by posting as I'm actually answering comments and mailing...gasp!

But today has been a fantastic day for ficlets for me.

First xoverau wrote an amazing Kevin/Chris for me with the manskirt and a Kevin that makes me all hot and bothered, and it's all edgy and atmospheric and I love it to bits. It's here Go, read, feedback.

Also, strippedhalo wrote me trickyfish, and trickyfish on the bus which is my favourite kind of story ever. It's sweet and I adore Chris in it beyond reason. He's kisses Lance in the bathroom in front of all the others and makes Lance so happy, and it makes me happy to read it. So go, read it too Ficlet here
