I'm after masochists volunteers that are willing to help me with a story. I've signed for [livejournal.com profile] xoverau's Joey challenge and sort of know what I'm doing but I want someone to bounce ideas off as my usual idea bouncer is staying stubbornly immune to the sparkly side. *glares at Mouse*

The thing is I'm basing the story on one I've already wrote, Fear Based Responses which is here.

The challenge story is going to be the follow up to that, but I'm also thinking about re-writing that first story and making it into part of the bigger one. I asked Nic and she said the story would have to be substantially added to or changed which I think is only right.

Now I like the story, I think I could write it better now but I don't know if I'm good enough to manipulate it and add more so it reads like a new story which is why I'm going help!

I know the story could be better and I can take crit, so don't be afraid of that. But now I shut up before I scare everyone away *g*

Also, I said that I only had one person's ficlets to do. I forgot about my dear sis [livejournal.com profile] castalie who set me a fiendish one!

I'm available for bouncing, if you like me to help. However, I won't be at all offended if you'd rather choose someone else. (And just to make sure -- I really *mean* that.)

No, I'd love to use you for bouncing.

It's something that I found really valuable for the SeSas having someone available to talk things through with.

I'll e-mail what I'm thinking so far, probably in the morning.

Thanks for offering.

DUDE, Terri!

Like you even need to ask?

My head is =SO= made of rubber for you!

Bounce away, bring it on, hit me!!!

Seriously, we've wanted to talk writing stuff before anyway, and you know I love doing story analysis and plot & characterization stuff and whatever, so I really think this could work out!

Lemme know, feel free to IM me, I'm home today...

It looks like you've already got some offers, but if you need someone else to bounce off, I'm springy.

Somehow, that sounded better in my head . . .

LOL, no that sounded perfect! Springy people are good.

I've put you on my list of masochists volunteers and will mail with some thoughts later.

Thanks for offering :)

It wouldn't be fair of me to offer, as it's my challenge. But hey...did you see I put up your ficlet last night? :)

I remember I really liked that story. I think a follow-up should be a Chris POV from when Joey starts following and he notices, then he notices more and more and more...

But that doesn't help with your Joey POV. Sorry.

But I'm available for bouncing too if you need anyone other than the arsenal of beta's you have.

Aw you remembered the story, that makes me so happy :)

I love your ideas about the Chris POV, and of course I want to do it now. I may have to do one of those double sided stories in the future.

Hey, I firmly believe that the more people to talk to about stories the better. I won't need a squad of betas but the talking before hand I'll take as many people as possible.

Thanks for offering :)
