Happy birthday to bayouskye and deliberatehips. I hope you both had fantastic days.

James has been off work today to attend the funeral of a friend. He phoned me as he was coming back and suggested we go shopping, so we did, and practically crawled to the metrocenter with all the other people going that way. It wasn't that crowded in there though, and I bought my first two gifts, so go me. Josh, sorry I couldn't get back to you. I had no idea we were going when I left.

Then on the way home I was astounded to see a load of houses already decorated for Christmas. That's just wrong. I know a lot of you thought I decorated early by putting up the tree on the lst of Dec, but I'd never think of decorating in the middle of November. That just seems wrong. I mean, I love Christmas, it's my favourite holiday, but no way would I want it to last almost 6 weeks.

Anyway, I'm cold and I'm tired so I'm going to go do modly duties at sentinel_thurs then go to bed.
