Sep. 2nd, 2007 04:58 pmAt the beginning of this year I attended Camp Sparkle, a weekend of sparkly popslashy fun with some of the most amazing people in the world. And now I've just read that it's happening again next year. For a whole week! Be still my heart!
Go and check out the post and think about joining us, because man, a whole week of the popboys, good food, fun, many many hugs and staying in the company of wonderful people. What could be better?
If you're shy or unsure, don't be. Honestly, I get the worst nerves ever, but I adore the people who attend these events, and I know you will too.
Camp Sparkle 2008!
This news totally makes up for the last hour. Mam's birthday inevitably ends in bad feelings because nothing we do is ever right and she was well on her way to being drunk when I was down there at midday. Hours later and she's had tears and has said that apparently it's the worst day of her life and doesn't feel like a birthday at all. While running of somewhere, not telling anyone where and hanging up her phoen. Which yeah. Anyway. I'm sick of talking about it and you'll be sick of reading it. So concentrate on the fun instead. Sorted.
Which is the fact that apparently I'm an idiot who doesn't make connections until they're bashed into my brain. See, I've been sort of obsessed with NCIS lately, to the extent I'm mainlined four seasons in a few weeks. Just today I realised Michael Weatherly, who I have a disgraceful crush on, played Logan from Dark Angel. Who else was in Dark Angel? Well Jensen of course. Who was in Days of Our Lives with Victor! This is the degrees of slashy separation that I love!
In conclusion. Camp Sparkle! YAY!
