Before anything else, I want to wish a very happy belated birthday to nopseud who is one of my favourite people in the whole world! I'm so sorry I'm late, and hope you had a fab day. Also, a happy birthday for today for yami_tai. I hope it's wonderful, honey.

I'm feeling better today, in the way that James is at work and I'm bored so I hauled my lazy ass off the couch and got online. Thanks for the comments on my last post, James was reading them out to me, which led to a mixture of puzzlement and amusement as I tried to explain who was who. A process that went along the lines of Is that the one with a cat? Lives in Australia? I saw at London? etc.

But enough of that. Has anything cool happened? I'm too nosy not to read back anyway but still, I'm also lazy, so tell me, please.

I do know the tagging system has gone up at shiny and new, which sigh. I was hoping to sneak the April challenge post in before I had to tag it myself. What can I say? I admit I'm lazy ;)

There are only two days left on the It's Gonna Be May challenge. Surely there are two people out there who want to join? Remember, it doesn't have to be fic. It can be icons, graphics, anything!

Or, if you do want to contribute fic you can do crossovers as long as one of the main characters is pop based. Think of the possibilities. They're endless! You could even do the Chris Kirkpatrick/Brendon Urie sugar rush fic of doom! *looks significantly at someone*

So please, think about those two lonely days. Think how left out they must feel. The tears of woe sliding down their little date-y faces at not being picked.

You can change that! You can make those date smile!

ETA: One number left. Poor lonely #9. It had hoped that this time things would be different, that it wouldn't be picked last. But no. They only see how top heavy it is, the way its not one of the small cute numbers or the grown up teens or twenties. So it stands tall, tries to pretend it doesn't care about being left again, and when no one is looking sniffs hard and wipes away a tear of woe.
