(no subject)

Birthday meal number 3 went nicely yesterday, this time ten of us went to eat, sadly not at a castle this time, but still a very nice restaurant. I also got a surprise birthday gift of homemade earrings made with my birthstone from Pauline's diL, so that was lovely.

I signed up for no_tags earlier. I haven't actually written a word for ages, so fingers crossed I'll manage to produce something readable in a week.

I still have a load of other comments to reply to, and that will happen, but I wanted to post about this. MCR's last song was played on radio one and then a video complete with video clips and some behind the scenes stuff went up on You Tube, and just. This band. It's been so hard to be a fan lately, but something like this, despite it being sad in many ways, reminds me just why I loved -- why I love -- them so much.

I keep listening to the song, watching those scenes and yeah. Band of my heart still.
