Challenge #12: Commit an Act of Kindness (or two or three ♥)

I'm calling this one done.

We've been at the wetlands again today for another walk. This is after we'd been to the doctors as James had another appointment. His blood pressure is still sky-high so he's been put on another tablet and needs to go back tomorrow for a recheck. Unfortunately, the appointment is after we have to take Tinker for her follow up appointment and I can't see that helping his blood pressure at all.

I tell you if it's not one thing it's another.

I've just downloaded Picard, I know it comes on Amazon tomorrow but I saw it and had to download. I'm looking forward to watching for many reasons, a big one being Santiago Cabrera. I've missed seeing his face on my TV.
