(no subject)

ephemera was in the area this weekend, so we got to meet up this afternoon, sadly only for around 2 1/2 hours but that was enough for a natter, lots of hugs and meeting up with a good friend I haven't seen in far too long.

We went to Mog on the Tyne, though the cats had that sleepy Sunday feel, well, until the Dreamies came out. At which point we had a table of cats as we fed them treats, at which point I suspected a Dreamie had fallen in my latte. Taking a chance, I drank it anyway, and yep, there it was. I must admit, I can't say it improved the flavour of my drink *g*

After our slot finished and a short walk as we were staying close to the station we settled in the sunshine at Starbucks for a while. As we were so close to the station it was noisy, but also sunny and warm and I was with some of my favourite people so it was a lovely way to spend time.

Fingers crossed we'll meet up again much sooner than the couple of years it has been this time.
