I'm off to the dentist soon. I caved this morning and tried to get an earlier appointment because I really couldn't stand another day either being in pain or doped to the gills on painkillers. Despite my pleading I couldn't get in any earlier so now I have an appointment in two hours at another dentist. I'm so damn nervous, not about going to the dentist, that's fine, about going somewhere new. My first dentist was a sadistic bastard who pulled out one of my back teeth even though it was agony. I cried for hours after that, sitting on the bench outside the surgery I couldn't stop the tears. Man, I shouldn't have reminded myself of that :(

Okay, to distract myself this morning I wrote something for fic_requests which is here. It's a bit of Timbertrick for Jessa and I really shouldn't try to write when I'm nervous, but there you go, it's there if anyone wants to see.

I'd better get ready. Really I'm going. Look at me go.

I am fixed, a teeny bit trauma but it's over with now.

The dentist was fantastic, I could have done without the blood drama but at least it's over with now.
