If someone said, go to bed if it gets too late, just don't lock me out, you'd think they'd have their keys right? Wrong. As I found out at 2am when I had to get out of bed to let my other half in. I should have left him out there. Just another irritation to add to those I'm carry around today. Some things in RL are annoying me, and good people are having bad things happen to them online and it's pissing me off.

*kicks things, takes a deep breath*

Writing wise I've still done nothing productive. I did try a ficlet for fic_requests but it's 500 words of blah. So all I did was play with PSP and plot future stories, which considering I can't seem to write past the level of a pre schooler at the moment was a little silly. I've also just seen the JC ficathon assignments have been sent out but I didn't get one, and if that isn't a sign I don't know what is.

I did however read some LJs of people who live in Sunderland. Most were run of the mill 'normal' ones, to the extent that every time I went to the search page and saw poor Chris icon in with the non fannish I was laughing. I kept imagining someone else doing the same, seeing my icon and journal and saying 'what a freak' *g* There was one fannish LJ and it made me think of castalie as the person is an Andrew from Buffy fan, and here I was thinking Mouse was his only fan ;)

I'll end by saying GIP. I made Josh a sparkly JC icon a few days ago and decided that I needed a matching Chris one, because Chris is sparkly too!

Sorry you got sleep-interrupted. It's no fun. Especially when your drunken brother gets picked up by the cops and he has them call you at 4am rather than wake up your parents.

That email may still show up. Did you see the icons posted on my journal? She emailed those to me, then posted them in my journal because the email never showed up. Hours later, it's finally here. I have a theory about email though. I think it's like if you work in an office with 25 people and all their computers are hooked to the same printer, if they all send something to print at the same time, only one job can go through at a time. It's all spooled and has to wait its turn. Your assignment is probably spooled somewhere and will arrive eventually. Your address was on the bulk email I got and looked correct.

Did Raven send you icons? I went to see and nothing was showing up for me.

Sparkly Chris is cool, so thanks :) You'll have more icons than slots now I think, but if you ever want any more made just ask. I'm not that good but I'll try at least.

Yes! Raven sent icons! They're on the last post in my journal titled *my cat & stuff* (friends-locked).

If you're ever feeling artsy and want to make some icons for me I'd love it. When I got the LJ account I always intended to go to a paid account as soon as I get a job, so I will have plenty of icon space one day. I already have a few more waiting in the wings. I pulled a few with and some without writing from sites that offered them. I was going to make a new "updates" one the other day, then realized I'd already made one months ago (same one I used for popcomm, but it says "updates" instead). I hate little red x's and I think that's what would happen on the old posts if I delete my current icons. Except the ones set to "default". But one day, they'll all get to be used.
