turps: (It's a secret don't tell anyone.)

Getting up before 7 on a non school day isn't right, but the dog needed to go out, then as I was thinking of going back to bed Corey came downstairs.

Yesterday was good and bad. Good because I've missed my auntie and cousins and reconnecting was great. Bad because we talked for nearly three hours and they touched on and dug into nearly all my issues, some I don't even acknowledge to myself. I don't know how things are going to pan out, but just knowing someone wants to help and is aware feels good.

Other good things yesterday, being invited out for dinner by the SiL then a drive down the coast in the dark after. Also, I won a Joey doll on E-bay for 99p! Now I'll have CHOEY on my shelf! The marionettes really are the ugliest things ever, but I adore my Chris marionette and he's going to have a friend at last. Now I just have to keep an eye out for the others. It seems like fate in a way, all this Joey/Choey talk in my LJ and then I win my own Joey *g*

Now I go shopping for clothes. What fun. Not.

I'm so glad the talk with your aunt and cousins did you good, sis! {{Hugs}}

And another marionette? You're brave, but I'm also sorta glad your Chris will have a companion *snicker*

It's good you got to talk! And yay for Joey marionette! I don't have any of the marionettes, it makes me sad, but I have all bobble heads. *hugs bobble heads*

The talk was good, or at least the listening was.

The marionettes freak me out, but man, I have this urge to have them all. Chris is lonely, he needs a friend *g*

*hugs her bobble heads too*

And of course, being a dork, my first thought is, "I wonder which Joey she got?"

<-- has all three Joeys.
<-- is a huge dork.

There's 3?

I knew there were a big and a smaller marionette, but not three. What kind is the third?

I got the big Joey on a brown stand.

Nothing wrong with being a dork either ;)

Oh, dude! I totally forgot about the small one. Four, then. Gah.

The three I meant are all in the big size. American Series 1, scary head, red, white and blue outfit, brown stand. American Series 2, still the scary head, but in the outfit from the IGBM vid on a blue stand. And the European version, which while somewhat generic, has a much softer, friendlier face, and comes in the video outfit, brown stand.

I, um. I might collect a little. Just a smidge. You wouldn't notice. Its not like I display any of them. *drapes sheet over marionettes, smiles innocently*

YAY for the talk goibg going well!

And Yay for marionette!Choey love!

But you have to find a JC, and re-create the "Bunk-Puppet Theater" story... ..oh wait, you'd need Chris & JC for that, too... *eg*

I finally have a bobblehead (JC of course) thanks to Erin!

He's creepy. His head bobbing is no fun, it just makes him look like he has a geriatric palsy. But occasionly it bobs to the beat of ADLIDAS, which never fails to amuse me...

The talk went very well :)

I do have a Chris already, but I suppose I can look out for a JC ;)

The bobbleheads are creepy. Just wait until you get a Justin, if you ever do *g* Justin bobblehead is a freak!

I do love watching mine bobbing, sadly Joey has a defective spring so he bobbles in a limited way :(

Good luck with the clothes shopping. You're a braver woman than I. *g*

I'm commenting here because I'm too lazy to hunt for your e-mail address (some day I will master the miracle of the address book, rather than the rather more crap scroll-up-old-mails-looking-for-address method).

You don't have [livejournal.com profile] spasticat friended, so I'm pointing you to this link which she found. Go to the sixth panel down, on the right, and you'll see why I sent you there :-)
