turpsThe plumbing didn't go well yesterday. It seems the stop cock is totally jammed and may need to be replaced before the leak can be fixed.The leak's also worse now meaning the bucket needs emptying every hour or so. The floor's saturated and the washer is in the middle of the kitchen at the moment, but another friend is coming to take a look and this one can stop the water from outside. Raking around in drains, what fun. You know what made me laugh? A postcard came through the door this morning saying the water's going to be stopped soon for a day. Why couldn't it be today? Stupid water board.
It's been pretty cold here lately and the wind is strong, as a result James was suffering last night because all his joints started to hurt, so we spent most of the night snuggling on the couch. What annoys me though is he won't take his tablets unless pushed and I don't get that. Personally if I feel bad I'll take anything I can. Screw natural healing, bring on the drugs. Anyway, he's at work now after spending the morning making the worst mix CDs ever. I suspect it's in retaliation because I made my own on Sat and made us all listen to it in the car. Four times. But what's wrong with a CD full of Nsync, BSB, JC and Justin songs? Nothing!
While he was doing that I was watching Pop Odyssey again and Kay came down. She doesn't get the appeal of the bulls! How can you not love them? How?! Not that I could explain very well, it's hard to form coherent sentences when they're riding those bulls like that. Because, man. I envy those bulls. And the space hoppers later. I love the whole concert, apart from one part. I have to admit I don't like Gone. But who cares when you have red eyed silver space bulls and hard thighs that grip them like that?
Actually the bulls prevented an ugly argument when Kay watched and stated Justin was the obvious star though she conceded JC may be a better dancer. She was nearly disowned then I tell you. Then she said Chris was middle aged! Which he's so not. I think my sister and I need a good talk if we're going to stay friends ;)
And I need to go answer some mail if I want people to stay friends with me. Just give me a minute to find the bulls again *g*

right. um, what I meant to say is that while Justin's all smooth and stuff, in a dance off, JC would win, hands down.
