Oct. 17th, 2004 10:06 pmFirst things first. Happy Birthday Chris!
I can't really put into words what he means to me. There's a whole load of emotions but they're all based on respect. That he started it all and kept on going and keeps on going even now.
Thank you, Chris. You don't read my journal and thank goodness for that, but thank you anyway. Just for being you and I hope you get the happiness you deserve.
Moving on. I finished my F5 today. Just over 6500 words that have been sent away to be beta read. I thought I'd never get the thing done, especially when I was still writing late last night. I eventually finished late this afternoon and considering we managed a trip to the DIY store I'm feeling rather accomplished. Sadly the trip to the store means there's now a huge pile of paint tins in my hall ready for tomorrow. It seems now James isn't working all the jobs in the house are going to be done, which yeah, they need doing but just thinking about lugging furniture makes me tired.
And now as I banned myself from the flist until the damn F5 was done I'm going to look at hopefully a load of Chris pictures and Chris love. Which is always of the good.
