Sesa version 2 draft 1 is done. It was getting dicey there seeing all the countdown numbers but it's done at last. Now it's going to the betas/helpers who'll tell me where I've been a slacker and not written enough *g* I'm pleased with it except for one thing, and that's the fact I know the story could be expanded a whole lot more which I just don't have the time to do, but other than that, yes, I'm feeling good about it.
I actually sat and wrote for a long time yesterday as James went Christmas shopping and I stayed home with Corey. I also managed to write all the cards that are given out by hand and the rest of my cards which is great. Some wishes and gifts were also wrapped and sent, it's just a shame that the others will be late. You'd think I'd be in time considering I started organising my cards and such in November but here I am late again. But they are written and presents are wrapped and under the tree and did I mention SeSa first draft is done? So that's a lot off my to do list. Of course there's a lot more on there but it's a start.
Corey is allowed back to school tomorrow which is good as my cartoon quota is nearly full. After a week of chilling with him watching Cartoon Network soon looses its appeal. One day I'll strangle that Johnny Bravo, cartoon or not.
Forgot to say, I had a mail day of much goodness today. Cards from
yami_tai,
clumsygyrl,
chootoy.
augustuscaesar ( which made me sniffle as I'm a sap ) and a package from
ceci2176! Thank you all, you're all awesome.
You people that told me to read Descent? I hate you all, if by hate I mean I love you all for prodding me until I actually read it. The end broke me.
Last thing. CHRIS!!!! I love that man so much *longs for the whole thing to turn up*
