James being on early shift is playing with my head. It's just past 7 and everything is done, the wash is on, dishes done, animals fed, all I have to do is wake Corey in half an hour and make his breakfast. This much productivity this early is just wrong! Very nice but still, very wrong. Like so many things I enjoy ;)

Oh, I read a story I loved yesterday. Thirteen Years and Counting by pensnest. It's for the reunion challenge and I enjoyed it so much.

I'm tempted to mention the red shirt of much hotness again, however I won't. Instead I'm going to meme because I'm a lemming like that.

What an interesting thing to ask! You're the best, man :D

Okay, excuse me if I get long winded *g* Also, these are things that stick in my head so some aren't that happy.

(1) I know you know this but Corey was in special care for a while when he was born. I was in bad shape after and couldn't see him for a while, but eventually I was taken to the unit in a wheelchair. I was so damn scared as I was wheeled closer. Got there, managed to stand to see in the incubator and there he was. On a ventilater, covered in tubes, skinny, mishapen head but my god. In that moment I knew I couldn't love anything more.

(2) When he was a toddler he started having fever fits. I'll never be able to forget standing outside a hospital cubical in ER sobbing as he fitted violently inside. I would have done anything to change places with him, anything.

(3) He went to playgroup when he was two, staying alone for one and a half hours. It was the first time I'd left him with strangers but he was so happy, toddling off to play as I sat outside until I could pick him up *g*

(4) Corey's first nativity play at school. He was a sheep and I had to buy him black tights and a white t-shirt. James and I were sitting in the audience and he walked out, dressed in the tights, t-shirt and a wooly vest on top. He has a painted black nose and wouldn't smile at all. I melted. Still do thinking about it.

(5) A really recent one was him going to cub camp. He looked so grown up when he went, bag and sleeping bag on his back, so eager to be away. Then he came home two days later, starving, filthy but just beaming.

Man, I could give you a list thousands long *g*

You're evil!

Okay, I can narrow it down, really I can.

(1) The Much shows. I love them all, especially the Chris/Rick moments but I guess my favourite of all is Live at Much 2001 where Chris knocks down Rick's stool, then makes him sit right next to him by holding onto his arm. You can see all the others are amused but Rick just takes it before tickling under Chris' arm. It cracks me up every time :)

(2) The toy section of the Pop Odyssey concert. I know some people don't like it for being too over produced and flashy, but man, I love it! Joey and the bear ( A, if you read this, sorry *g* ) Chris doing a somersault over the railing! Justin in the go cart, JC prancing with crayons! Then the space hoppers! Dude. They're bouncing in unison on space hoppers! How can you not love it!?

(3) The Japan interviews. So. Much. Love! But the one I'll mention specifically is when Justin is talking oh so serious, and Chris is bored out of his skull in the row behind. He's looking about then picks up a glass of water and then looks through it, hands cupped around the glass. I guess he wanted to make out with like a fish *G*

(4) MTV music awards 2000. We've talked of this many times so I'll be short. JC orgasm face! Joey thighs! Justin grinding between those women! Chris in his bubble wrap shirt! Ripping of their clothes! Hey ladies! Lance's red trousers! JC's hip thrusts! GUH!

(5) The Atlantis concert. The whole thing really but especially when Lance does his solo and Chris goes and puts his arm around him and it's just lovely.

(1) . This is one of the first icons I ever made, it could be better but I'd never change it. It's my sekrit kink ;)


(2) . I screencapped this myself and I love the picture I ended with. Because Chris is so licking JC's palm :)


(3) . I'm weird about animated icons. Sometimes they annoy the hell out of me, and that includes the ones I've made. But this one is fine, it also too me ages to do.


(4) I made this when I first started to use layers, brushes etc. I like how it turned out a lot.

Oh man! I love this one!

(1) H/C. You know I'm not sure if this should be actually classed as a kink but I'll add it anyway. I love h/c, especially heavy on the hurt h/c. I'll add things like n/c, abuse, stuff like that in there too. Show me major angst and I'm there.

(2) Fisting. Oh man, just yes. It's the whole delicate balance that I love so much. There's some horrendous stories out there where fisting is done so wrong but the ones I like are all about trust, love and patience as the guy blows his lover's mind. It's such an intimate thing that I love to read.

(3) Which brings us nicely to rimming. Which is something else intimate. You know if you sat and thought about what this is I'd expect people to go ewwww. But it's not that at all. It's closeness, trust and with the bonus of tongue fucking which is always of the good.

(4) BDSM. Which I know is a huge group but with five things I can't narrow it down. Again, I like the power balance, pain and pleasure, the toys, the accessories. A man in a collar? Damn hot. It has to be done well though, safe, sane, consentual. Like fisting I've read some terrible bdsm stories and they just make me laugh.

(5) Okay, I don't know how to class this and damn but I'm giving things away here. I find this situation hot. Guy being taken for the first time, he's lying down, on a bed or floor maybe with the top behind him. There's a third guy lying in front of the bottom who's talking him through what's happening. Like, "It's okay, he's just getting you ready, try to relax, he's going to make you feel so good". Over and over, just whispering the words. The virgin bottom is nervous but totally trusts the others so he tries to relax, getting into it. As the third guy kisses him, hands stroking him as the top finally starts actual penetration. Top 5 memorable fandom moments.

Awesome, I can do that :)

(1) I have to start with a Trek con. I've shared this before but it's such a happy memory I'll do so again. James and I were sitting watching a talk by Kate Mulgrew when this strange voice asked a question. We looked around thinking WTF!? when Patrick Stewart walked onstage! OMG! Two captains on one stage. I still have chills thinking about it now.

(2) Same con. I watched End Game ( the final Voyager ep ) for the first time with a hall full of other Voyager fans. When the Borg blew up and Voyager came home the whole hall cheered as one. It was amazing, Voyager got home!

(3) The day castalie gave me a link to 852 Prospect. TS is a huge part of me as a fan and the archive was just wow! I fell in love with Jim and Blair, read constantly for weeks and came out the other end in slashy goodness overload *g*

(4) Seeing Nsync sing the national anthem last challenge. The fandom cried and I cried with them. They were there, they were together, they were singing! The image of all those fans, cell phones held up, sharing that short song stays with me still.

(5) I hope this counts. Getting my first piece of feedback for a story. It was like, someone likes what I wrote! WOW! Which is pretty much the reaction I still get now for every comment.

Also, people are going to think I'm an incredible sap *g*

(1) James and I are the same age but I was born in Feb and him in Dec. That meant he was in the year behind me in terms of school. He was also put behind a year after he had his leg amputated as he needed so much time off. We met when I was 18. I was in the second year of college by then, he was in the fifth year of secondary school. One of our first dates was me going to see him act in his school play. He was a pirate, face caked in make up, a blow up parrot on his shoulder. I sat and watched and it was just surreal *g*

(2) About a year passed and he started college too. We went to the same one and he used to meet me in town and get the bus together. One day I was waiting for him. It was cold and rainy and I was huddled next to a shop window when he got off the bus. I saw him and it was at that exact moment I knew I loved him. It was a total, wow moment.

(3) When I was pregnant a lot of people made comments that we wouldn't cope with a baby because of James' disabilities. They reckoned that I'd have to do everything because how could he help? He proved them all wrong. He picked up Corey by holding his babygrow in his teeth, he changed nappies the same way. We had a buggie that was far too short in terms of the handle but every day he'd put Corey into it and push him to the shops, bent almost double to do so. It's images like that I'll always remember.

(4) James dressed in an original Trek shirt when we went to a con. One of my favourite memories is looking up to see him dancing with a fully costumed Borg. It was way cool!

(5)More a big memory spread over 13 years, but every time he calls me his princess. Because he means it and that's just whoa you know? We haven't a perfect relationship, far from it, but I do know he loves me. And that makes me one of the luckiest people ever.

This will be really easy as I've hardly been anywhere. Not kidding either, I've never left the country.

(1)Scotland. It's wild in some places, so raw and bleak, mountains against the sky.
(2) London. It's good to explore, I love you can find parks in the midst of all the buildings.
(3) Holy Island. It's a tiny island that gets cut off by the tide every day. It's so remote and you're surrounded by water which is so cool.
(4) Skegness. Which is where we've taken our holidays at Butlins for years now.
(5) The Lake district. So many lakes and gorgeous scenery.
