We had a lovely time at the park last night, staying as the sun went down and a pink moon rose, which looked so cool. There was only us and one other family left in the end, which was the perfect time to use the play equipment. At least according to my friend who went flying down the zip slide a few times as well as various other things. Her son asked me if I was going on the zip slide too, and yeah right. I can't see that happening any time soon *g*

Back home and it was time for Lost, though I had to watch the repeat at 12 as James was 'watching' a movie at ll. Watching even though he was fast asleep, which he totally denied when I tried to take the remote, then fell asleep again as soon as I walked away. Silly man.

Name a pairing (that I'm familiar with, in a fandom I'm familiar with) and I will write one line of a story for it. - you may give me 2 words to incorporate.

List 10 things that make you happy. (not necessarily in order)
(1) My boys. You all knew that was coming right? But they do, at times they infuriate, frustrate, irritate and make me want to pull my hair out, but under all that is the fact I love them both deeply.
(2) Reading. How can anyone not read? I don't get it. James has never read a book and has no problem with that. I just boggle because he's missing so much. Getting lost in a story is one of the best things ever.
(3) Music. I love most kinds of music. ( except county, gah! Just no! ) It's the background to my life and I love singing along.
(4) Watching tv. I don't watch much but what I do make an effort to see I enjoy. Not on any deep level, and if anybody expects me to break out into any complicated reviews or theories they'll be disappointed. I watch for me, and sometimes that means watching for the eye candy and nothing else.
(5) The ocean. Not so much the beach, I can take or leave that, but the ocean itself, stretching away so far, so fluid and beautiful. It transfixes me.
(6) Fandom. Okay, sometimes it pisses me off, but you know I enjoy fandom. I like talking to people from all over the world, who get what being a fan is. I've got to know some awesome people over the years and hopefully will continue to do so.
(7) Being fannish. Related to the above, I'm a fan. I fangirl over tv shows, boybands etc. My family and friends know this, they mock but I don't care. I like having a good flail when I see new stuff. I smile when I see all the fannish swag I've bought/have been given because they represent something that I love.
(8) My animals. Sitting with Tex at my side, Moffet on my chest, purring in my ear. I'd include the fish, but....oh to hell with it. Looking at my fish *g*
(9) Writing. This frustrates me too at times and I know I'll never be the best writer, nowhere close, but I enjoy it, and sometimes, when something clicks and you re read something and think, man, I wrote that. Well, it has to make you happy.
(10) A big bar of toblerone chocolate. I love toblerone so much but only have it on birthdays and Christmas now, oh and that's another one. 10 1/2 it can be. Christmas. Christmas is special, the decorations, the cold, everyone is busy and frazzled but it's a good kind of busy because Santa is coming! Then Christmas eve, when the carrots are on the step and mince pies and whisky on the fireplace, and everything is hushed and the smell of turkey cooking fills the air and it's just that special Christmas Eve atmosphere. *wiggles with delight* I love it.

Oh [livejournal.com profile] popstoryfinders I should have added you to the above list because you make me happy too. Never stop with the crazy.
