turpsThere seems to be an outbreak of Supernatural squee on my flist, which seems to be in direct proportion to how slow my download is going. The more squee, the slower the speed. Which to be fair isn't slow at all but still. Download, download like the wind little file!
James went and picked Kay up last night, getting home at 4am. The trip seems to have been a disaster, she had clothes stolen from her hotel room and her and Lia have broken up again. Not that it looked promising from the start as she took her boss down as company, which is something you shouldn't do when you're going to visit your girlfriend for the first time. Things seem to be very in the air right now with neither willing to move, but she'll sort it out somehow. I have faith in that.
My leg is a little red and warm this morning which I'm a bit concerned about. I feel fine but it takes so little to set that infection off that I'm keeping a close eye on things. I
only saw the nurse yesterday and she didn't say anything, but then again, it didn't feel warm then either. I really hope it's not the beginning of something big, things have been going so well for a while now, the last thing I need is to be down for the count again.

sentinel_thurs is a lot of fun and the format could work nicely for popslash too, so go see, join if it looks like fun. I mean, something else to make you write is always of the good ;) popslash_flash which has a name which makes me giggle every time I see it *g*

Last thing before I go. GIP. I haven't made any icons for ages but had a mess around yesterday and liked this one well enough to upload it.

Fingers crossed it's nothing leg wise, but the first sign it's getting worse down to the docs I go.

Date: 2006-03-01 04:46 pm (UTC)And damn, crossing my fingers that your infection is NOT coming ack, or your leg is getting another/new one, or whatthefuckever. Just nonononono. I'm afraid the only advice I can offer is proper levels of vitamins and sleep and healthy eating, just keep your body as strong as you can to fight it off. I'm afraid I don't know of anything you can do directly other than medications, etc. Here's hoping the rest/diet/etc is just a general good idea, and not actually necessary vs. another infection.

Date: 2006-03-02 10:17 pm (UTC)I think the infection 'o doom has been pushed away for now. It looks like it was some localised infection which wasn't bad enough to affect me like the main one does. So, fingers crossed it'll stay that way.
