turpsJames is not yet dead, though that may change. He's off sick for a fortnight, which confuses me as surely he's been off for 7892788926 years already. He keeps saying his hand hurts, and you know, I'm sure it does. So he phones the fracture clinic for advice. They tell him to take two different easily available drugs to help the swelling and pain. Will he? Nope. So I told his mam on him. I could have made him in the end, but really, what's the point when she can go all mother on him? Other than that.... it's only 11 more days. I can do that. I can.
We've just been to visit Corey's new school, and man, it's big. It's the same school I went to but on a different site, and really, a rabbit warren has nothing on it. He seemed to really like it though, especially the science departments.
You may remember that my sister has been stalking Paul Marazzi from the ex boyband A1. He lives in our town, in the same street as her best friend, and for the last few months they've taken many walks past his house, took pictures of him in the local co op, and really, just fangirled him. Two days ago Paul's housemate came to Kay's club to drink. He stayed to closing, getting along well with Kay. When she locked up he called Paul and they spent that night playing pool and talking, Paul and his friend going home at 6 in the morning. They did the same last night, with Paul singing some of his old songs and doing the dance routines. He's also been telling Kay about what famous people he knows, and when he mentioned Nsync she of course brought my name into the conversation. In fact she called me, a call which went something like Paul knows Nsync! He also apparently knows Nick Carter, though I suspect all these knows are simple, passing time talking to other boybands, because I'm sure A1 weren't that well enough known to move in the same circles. Anyway, just an update to those who were at mine and saw Kay in her stalking glory.
I have something to say. DON'T POST SPOILERS WITHOUT A CUT! Is it too difficult to understand not everyone sees things at the same time? Are you so brainless you think there's only one country in the world? Are you so selfish that you'd spoil someone's enjoyment of a show because you're too lazy to code? I was spoiled for Project Runway last year, I thought I was going to make it this year, but no.
I have a load of comments and mails to reply to, and I will, tonight though James is off to the cinema and I'm having some alone time in which I intend to sit and finish the story that's been crawling along a few words a day for the last week.
Last thing. Looking at my user info I realised that today is my 4th LJversary! 4 years, whoa! castalie and babycakesin. I had no popslash friends and most entries went commentless. Man, things have changed. There's so many of you now, funny, intelligent, smart people that I love to read, many I consider much loved friends. I don't know how some of you found me, and often wonder why you stay. But I'm so glad you do.

I don't like taking pills, which is a neurose handed down to me from my mom, but when I'm really in pain, well, I take drugs and go crash out. oddly enough, I whine about small hurts, but when I'm really, seriously in pain, I'm all stiff upper lip about it. hm.
ah! I remember A1. I liked Stuck in the Middle. especially the beginning part with the guitars.
