I have shiny new episodes of Supernatural and CSI. They're all ready to be watched, but I can't do so until I get my 500 words in. At which point I can watch one, then 500 words again, the other. At this rate I may get to see them next year.

No, I kid. Things are going well, but man, getting that reminder e-mail yesterday scared about ten years off my life.

Okay, good things. First. Jensen is going to Asylum!. Not only will I see some of my favourite LJ people ever, but Jensen and Jared too! When I saw glendaglamazon's comment this morning I may have squee'ed out loud, for a long time. See, as much as I love Jared, it's Jensen!

Also, rikes is doing a popslash of the love meme. So you should all go there and spread a little love. You know you want to make someone smile when you say nice things about them. Embrace the love, people!

Which is what I'm going to do now. Make ***** embrace the love of *****. Silly boys, being so difficult about things.

Oh YAY! I'm so glad that you can go! And, selfishly, that I got to be the one to tell you! Why can't this be happening when I'm in your fair land? *pouts* (well, that answer is easy. Because my parents would be quite put out if they took me to England and I hared off to spend a couple days at a con ogling pretty boys. ;) )

As for the panic, I feel you. I should start trying your incentive systems.

It's a pity you couldn't come, but yeah, I imagine your parents wouldn't be too happy if you took off to a con while on vaction. Still, it's a shame.

Glad to hear that things are going good. I just found out that we're having company for New Year's. I'm looking forward to seeing them, not really looking forward to having 4 smokers in the house, but I am looking forward to seeing my aunt and uncle. My mom laughed at me and said I seem to be more excited about that than I do over Christmas.
