turpsIt's just wrong having to drag my ass out of bed at the crack of dawn on a Sunday. My bed was warm and cosy, outside It's cold, wet and dark, and yes, you may now play me the worlds smallest violin.
I have my rugby outfit on which included the biggest jumper I own. It's old and stretched out, so it's big even on me. It's also bright orange, and you know, I just don't care if I look like a giant walking carrot. I had to buy socks a few weeks back, my first pair in years because I just don't do socks. So I have them on, and I'm seriously considering pulling on my pj legs on under my skirt. They're lilac and I'm sure they'll set the orange off beautifully *g*
We've had the inevitable battle about the missing uniform sock, so now it's nearly time to get into the car for the long drive to the match.
Because I sucked on Friday, in that not one word was written, I was strict yesterday. No browser, no email, and I got that word target, went well past it even. Of course by the time I was done it was too late to watch my shows. If I do that every day this week I may get this story finished without the usual plant yourself to the chair and write all night end of previous years. Of course people will forget who I am, but it'll get done.
Okay, we need to go. Fingers crossed he'll even win this week.
