Good afternoon flist! I went to see Hairspray again last night, and it was just as fabulous as ever. We were right at the front again, but that was fine, especially as it gives a nice close up of Seaweed. I really like the sound track, and in fact have been listening to it as I tidy up this morning. I tell you, it has to be fun music to make me want to dance while putting in washing.

I've also seen the sneak peek of Mission Manband, which was also fabulous in a very Chris like way. Vaudevilles, watch out for incoming squee *g*

I need to finish my bassez day story today, enjoy my last day of freedom as the MiL and FiL are sleeping at mine tomorrow, as it seems we're setting off on holiday at the insane hour of 6am on Saturday. I should also think about sorting out clothes etc, but that's what the night before holidays are for.

The most lovely truekat shared the Mission Manband sneak peeks yesterday, so big thanks to her for grabbing and sharing. I know some people are looking for the downloads, so I've re uploaded.

My flist keeps talking about Hairspray and it makes me want to see it now! Alas, I'll apparently have to wait til the 22nd for the film to come out here. Oh, well, at least I have something to look forward to, right? :-)

I'm going to miss you next week! *sniffle* I hope you're not going to have a too dreary vacation - what with all the kids and inlaws - and that the weather will be wonderful!

Speaking about your vacation: I'm thinking that posting the newsletter on Tuesday (instead of Monday as usual) would be a good idea, both because this issue was late and because that way you could also wait until Tuesday to post the the issue when you get back and won't feel so terribly pressured to post it on the Monday. Is that a good idea? And another thing: what about the info you recieve from people by mail? I suppose you'll send whatever you have to me before you leave, but will the people who usually mail you know that they should mail me this time? (Personally I'm going to go on adding my daily reports to the latest issue, that way I'll know where they are and won't have to worry that I'll misplace anything :-)

I'm going to miss you all too. I was just telling Karen that it feels like I've just come back and have to go again.

Posting on the Tuesday is fine by me. I'll be back late Sat night, but I know for a fact I'll be wiped on the Sunday, and the thought of spending all of Monday having to catch up is something I'd rather avoid.

I'll send you an email with all the info that's been emailed to me. There shouldn't be that much as most of the links I get through LJ. My hanson popscout is having computer problems right now, so I'm not sure if she has links. But I'll email her and tell her to send them to you if she does have anything.

I think you can see the screened comments at the comm, so that shouldn't be a problem, so I think we're sorted. Do you want the template I use for the newsletter? Or you can post it your own way if it's easier for you. Either is fine by me.
